ZERO stars.. shows one star only bc required. Very unusually shiy customer service.. we asked for gluten free pizza for gluten intolerant son and gluten free sandwich for wife (just preference).. wife tried to clarify gluten free and the order taker says real bitc*y "you have to pick a size first mam".. then without saying so she leaves the conversation and is replaced by a similar sounding female co-worker who continues with the order.. get to window, pay, look at the receipt and notice no indication of charge for gluten free pizza or sandwich and sure enough neither one was. The original order taker gets defensive like we didnt tell her gluten free and then reveals she left taking our order and her coworker stepped in and then she had the nerve to ask us if we told the other girl! Like we ever knew we were talking to two different people! They sounded the same! So the manager, who I'm pretty sure was the second order taker, voids the $24 order and says it will credit back to our account in TWO TO THREE DAYS, and now we have to pay another $28 to include the gluten free! I could've just paid the four extra bucks if they didn't want to take responsibility for their own mistake! But no I gotta be out 24 bucks besides the 28 for two to three days. So I told the manager I don't want their food and pulled off to leave.. so she gets pissed and yells "so you don't want it?!!". We never see her again.. she sends out someone else who I tell that I want cash or a receipt to prove that the order was voided because I don't trust them. We will never come back here! Ok, done wasting my time on here, bc I know that's probably all I'm doing but that's how strongly I feel about how bad the service is at this place. Aside from what happened, both girls very rude and ugly, very condescending...
Read moreSchlotzskyâs has been something Iâve eaten most of my life. I like their bread, their sandwiches etc. lately their prices have gone up a bit too much for what itâs worth to me and theyâve taken some things off the menu that they still literally have the ingredients for, so if you want an old favorite you have to cobble one together by adding ingredients and paying more, which is silly. You also canât get a âcupâ of soup anymore, ONLY a larger sized âbowl.â Silly. A little over a year ago I went through this locations drive through. The employee taking my order wasnât really paying attention as I ordered, laughing at something else, etc. As I finished ordering a pulled away to go pay, they full on belched directly into their microphone, loudly. The vibes were way off so I ended up just leaving without my food, i just wasnât feeling like it would be a positive experience from then on. I thought time would heal, but I havenât been to a Schlotskys since this. I like their sandwiches and occasionally have a hankering for one, but then I think about that huge burp, and Iâm left kind of disgusted. Anyway. Sandwiches are ok if you have pretty low standards for them and donât mind paying too much for what...
Read moreWARNING!!!!! Be careful ordering the bacon from Schlotzskys! I ordered a turkey bacon club. When I got my order looked as it should. Until I bit into it. Looked at the bacon in the sandwich. It was literally gray! Gross đ đ¤˘! No pigment. No signs it was even cooked. Either it was VERY out of date bacon. Or its not really bacon (artificial food). Either way it was the grossest thing I've seen from this place. Tried to call someone there to inform them. Was put on hold to speak to someone. Apparently it's not that important to them. Was hung up on after 39 mins of holding. I figured I let management keep doing such a great job. Rather than wast MY time trying to inform THEM of how to keep customers. Needless to say NO longer going to ANY Schlotzskys EVER. Train your employees better. Hire people who will represent your...
