My first impression was that the menu is a bit confusing and has too many choices to read through. If it's your first time here, go inside so you don't hold up the line. I know that most of these coffee places have neo-hipsters working but the woman who took my order looked like she had not slept and didn't bother to brush her hair. It gave me pause about her fixing me a drink. Plus, she had an attitude. Maybe she didn't wanna be at work? Or maybe I was uncool cause I had never had one of these drinks and had lots of questions? Idk. Sadly, I decided not to order because these drinks, though advertised as "healthy" have energy drinks and caffeine in them. I'm sensitive to those so, I don't drink them. The only thing good about the drinks was that they are sugar free. Sweetened with Stevia, I was told. But, they still have artificial coloring. The second time I went I got a much friendlier woman at the window. She took the time to explain things to me and put me at ease, so I ordered a small "Guardian". Very good! I love the cotton candy flavor! Fun and colorful drink that I was happy to try. It's been an hour since my first sip and I cannot say I feel any pep or jitters. I was feeling fatigued and figured this would be a great time to try this drink for the boost it's supposed to give you. Idk, so far nothing. But, I think I will try the Superman next. Third...

I have been coming to this place for quite some time now, so much so that the guy in the afternoons knows my order by memory. I have struggled with writing this review because I do enjoy my tea when it is made as it should be. The guy in the afternoon perfects it every time, and almost everyone else minus 1. This morning, I just couldn’t settle for another disappointment, so I kindly showed the ladies at the window what I was looking for in a color that creates the exact taste that has me coming back. I did let her know that the guy mentioned to me that he was making the super tea as it should be. However, every time this young lady makes it, it just looks and tastes terrible to me. It’s literally a waste of my money—$5.77, to be exact—and I throw it away when I get to my office. She even remade it this morning, and it still wasn’t the same or taste. She told me they recently got a new pineapple, and I’m not a fan. Wasted money again. Please help correct this problem.

My order is a 24oz super tea with sugar free lemonade and 1/2 the caffeine.

Have been going here for some time now and have never had a bad experience until now. My wife ordered a drink and literally couldn't even get the straw in the cup because there was so much ice. We drove around so she could go inside and have them remake it. They refused and said that's normal so my wife asked for the owners name and Information and the girl working laughed and said good luck she never is there. Obviously that is true. Poor management. I doubt the location in Seminole would allow a customer to have an experience like this. We found the owners email and she won't respond. Lost a customer and we will definitely make sure to let our friends know about...
