I was extremely disappointed with our floral the day of the wedding. It looked thrown together with no care and just bad. Now when I look at the photos of my husband and I standing together at the alter I can not take my eyes off the background because it is so distracting and unpleasant. I sent my vision to the company with several photos attached per their request and when I compare them, they look nothing alike. My day of coordinator was also disappointed working with their team during setup the morning of my wedding. She said Katy was very rude to her and seemed rushed so they just put something green on the walls without intention. Before the reception ended the greenery was falling off the walls of the barn hall. I wish they had just not put anything up at all. It looked like they ran out of greenery. I also had several communication issues that I was happy to look past at the time because I understand it gets busy leading up to the day.
