Was a little difficult to find at first. Once we got there, it was a cute little space. The bathroom was nice and clean. Pho was good, especially the broth. Pho meat slices were a little dry. Boba smoothie was good, just a little too sweet for me. Tapioca pearls felt old and mushy. Not a nice bounce to it. At first, I thought the KBBQ banh mi wasn't good. It just turns out, I like banh mi toasted for a bit (I'm a warm food type of person). It brought out the KBBQ flavor more.
