City Brewing Company — Restaurant in La Crosse

Dirty, old facilities. Shipping office is unorganized and has a forest full of paper spilling out all over the place. Overnight truck parking is across the street. No restroom facilities there. They claim they have restroom facilities at door 53 but, I didn’t take a chance given how nasty the facilities are. The signs they posted which say their warehouse was a COVID “hot zone” at one point kept me away from the driver restroom. You can try to check in early, but if they don’t have you sign the check in printout DO NOT believe anything they say about coming back at a time different than your appointment time. They will write “Late” on your paperwork even if you are 2 minutes late or 15 minutes late because of a line. I am sure they do that to compensate for them ACTUALLY running behind. The street with the confusing signage is ITA Court. The abbreviated “Court” part of the street name is blocked depending on the angle you are looking at it from. ITA Drive (where gate one is located) is further down the street. The gate one signage is green and very visible. Backing is easier than it looks. CAUTION Being nice & courteous to the shipping clerks is pointless unless you look like them. They’re rude & passive aggressive to non-White American MALE drivers and play favorites. First things first... Pictures below show their remote parking about half a block east from the compound. Just follow the railroad tracks. You can sleep there if you’d like however there is absolutely no facilities for drivers besides the blue plastic can! Strike one how can you expect drivers to be clean if you make them wait for hours?!

The dock area is mostly occupied by their own trailers. Also watch out on the stop sign just across the street. I have seen one driver taking it with his trailer and even though no damage was made to the sign because it came with a huge concrete block the company still called the cops and made a big deal out of it! They even did not allow other drivers to help out in getting it up again!!!! Night shift manager on a 04/24 shift. Karma will hunt you dude!!!

Finally, Don’t even try to reason with these people! If you have a certain appointment they will NOT even try to help you out regardless of how long you are waiting. Got here at 10:30pm and must wait until next day 3pm for my appointment because broker or shipper screwed things up!!!

This is the worst company I ever delivered to. They don’t care they don’t value Driver time their time they even costing the company money because any driver comes here. They will never come back here. It’s gonna cost them more money to deliver here. Very bad place the customer service the front desk the the lady she sitting in the front and the guy who were in the glass sitting inside that cage, worst people i ever seen in life no respect, you don’t have a value for human they think they control you. We are just here for work to deliver gods and they think we are robots . Don’t ever came...
