My friend and I were staying at the Radisson as a bit of a spontaneous adventure to La Crosse, and at night we ended up here at the bar within the hotel as kind of the last venture for the night. You never know who you'll meet in life, but we definitely had one of the best nights of the summer this weekend on 7/31/2021. Nancy was an amazing bartender and a great person to talk with. She always made sure we had everything we needed, and she definitely knows how to make a good drink! A top tier bartender for sure, and the property is lucky to have her there. I'm not sure if anyone my friend and I got to speak with that night will see this, but I hope you all had safe travels home. You all definitely made our time in La Crosse a special one! But yeah back to the review, the Three Rivers Lodge is a 10/10 place to spend some time, and hopefully you'll have Nancy as your bartender when you visit!

The food is delicious. The service is amazing. The atmosphere is awesome, especially since the Christmas light decorations are up along the river. Happy Hour on Wednesday is the best- our bottle of cab sav was half price at only $12 and since we're hotel guests we each had a glass with dinner and took the bottle up to our room after dinner. From front counter host to the level of service by all staff, it is probably the best hotel restaurant experience we've had anywhere in the world. If you're staying at the Radisson, you owe it to yourself to dine here. If you're a La Crosse local, you should pop in for a happy hour and have a great experience. Well be back in a couple of weeks.

Good food, and good service but both times I visited this weekend (hear for a convention) the chicken and wild rice soup came out cold. Day one sent it back to be heated back up, day two asked them to make sure it was hot and it was barely warm. Reallt good soup, just a shame their soup warmer seems to be busted. There's also inconsistencies day to day on the brussel sprouts: day one, unseasoned by day two over seasoned and super salty. The redeemer was the very friendly servers who tried hard, and the chips with dill pickle ranch dip.

I would avoid dining here if at all possible. We are at the Radisson every year for Oktoberfest. Where we find the staff at Radisson in general to be polite and helpful, the staff at the Three Rivers are anything but. There is a host stand at the entrance to the restaurant and it is generally unmanned, so waiting 10 or more minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen area to help us is not uncommon. After waiting the requisite 10 to 15 minutes to get any service this morning, we asked for.a table for.7 and were told verbatim "I won't do that.". We told him we could split up the group and again were refused. He said that there were two groups of.9 and 13 who had made reservations and that he would not be seating anyone else. We could see the tables set up for the two groups. We could also see 5 or 6 additional.empty tables. Because of the size of our group, we have tried to reserve space here.in the past and were told they did.not accept reservations. That policy may have changed, but we were extremely disappointed that the person speaking to us made no attempt whatsoever to accommodate us. He did not.offer to put us on a list, did not provide any insight into how to get a table, just said we will not be seating anyone else. He then walked off without bothering to acknowledge any of the two or.three groups waiting behind us. This has been a recurring theme with this restaurant over the years and I am certain that were they not in the lobby of a busy hotel they would have gone out of business years ago. Great hotel, ...

I ordered the walleye dinner ($32), which comes with garlic mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables (zucchini, onion, etc...). I requested the potatoes be substituted with the mac & cheese. They gave me potatoes, and no vegetables. The fish was awful and tasteless. I've eaten walleye since I was a child, and this is by far, the worst I've ever had! I was only able to stomach 2 small bites. Pretty sure the fish was frozen, and not fresh. I requested tartar sauce...apparently they only have tartar sauce with their Friday fish fry. I was only able to eat the mac & cheese, but only after I picked out the overcooked/sharp bacon pieces. I tried a couple small bites of the potatoes...nothing special, not much flavor. My husband ordered the prime rib ($40), but they only have packets of Heinz horseradish sauce...TACKY, especially for the price! I tried some of his veggies...overcooked/mushy. Our server was very nice, but VERY inattentive. The manager came to our table at the end of our meal. He apologized, but only offered me a complimentary dessert. Not even a portion of my meal was comped. The salad was delicious, and 10/10 to the bartender. The mac & cheese was delicious, once I got past the bacon. There is a LOT of room for improvement here! You can do better, and you need to! We won't be back. Am also not happy about paying $96 for one of the worst meals I've ever had, with...

We had 3 of the four Thanksgiving entrees that was offered. The cream of chicken & wild rice soup tasted very good. The cream sauce on the pork loin was very good but the potato hash was dry. The house salad & the pecan salad were served on saucers rather on salad plates or bowls. Both salads lacked taste & were not satisfying. The salmon was cooked very well but was not seasoned. The asparagus was done perfectly but the wild rice had no taste. The Turkey tasted moist & tender. The Salmon had nice presentation but the smoked pork & the turkey looked like they were served in cheap diner. No thought was given to holiday appropriate presentation. I only saw one employee smile. The young man that seated us didn't greeted us when we were seated. The server didn't wish us Happy Thanksgiving. The food came out fast & we were served our desert while one of us was still eating dinner. Did not see anyone use trays to serve food, plates were stacked on the servers arms. Pieces of food were falling of the plates when it was being served. This dinner felt like eating at Denny's or an old greasy spoon. Attitude matters especially when the dinner is advertised to be a Holiday Dinner. We are from out of town & have been eating our Thanksgiving dinner at 3 Rivers for 5 years. This is the least enjoyable experience so far. Next year we will find a...
