I just want to start out saying What a huge change I have saw in dunkin lafollette in the past 2 weeks.I go there everyday get me breakfast and latte.I want to brag on all of them. I normally go in the early morning and I go back on my lunch break around 11:30am.I always pay attention to the workers but I always see this one girl she works early morning and she also has been there into the evening. I just want to applaud her!! She is an amazing young lady.My whole family goes there also even my church family❤️Sunday is a big deal for my church family and I.She is always there around 5am-5:30am on a Sunday.She is the best♥️♥️♥️Thank you dunkin for putting her in our lives.She has always gone above and beyond for us . Read moreI just want to say Saturday I went in and it was packed.I just want to say I applaud the kitchen guy,the guy who was making drinks,and I also want to say thank you the the lady who took my order.She was making drinks getting donuts and checking on the kitchen guy.Thank you .I will complain though on the short haired blonde girl who was in drive thru.She literally was not helping at all basically tell them they were worthless.She was slinging cups in the sink the girl at the register also apologized on how that other girl was acting.The girl at the front register in the lobby absolutely amazing other people complained also about the blonde short haired girl.Please read this and know that you have awesome people working in dunkin...
Read morePlaced mobile order. My 15 yr son went inside to pick up his donut and no one greeted him Or acknowledged him at all. The drive-through was really busy, but only one other person was waiting on a mobile order. Yes they were short staffed, But the lady was really short with us when I asked for her to grab his doughnut because it had been 20 minutes and she responded very aggravated he needed to tell her that he was here. Which he would have if she would have greeted him. But when you run around too busy to acknowledge your customers, it’s hard for a young adult to speak up.She was rude and short with us.
