UPDATE: 4/19/25 Since opening staff has left, the service and cleanliness have gone down hill. I watched a girl get mayo on her gloves and she proceeded to rub her hands together smearing it all over her gloves as she's about to dress my sandwich. Change your gloves! Overall the staff has issues with their gloves and getting mayonnaise on their fingertips and spreading it all over the bread. I was eating here almost every day but now I don't frequent the place.

I live locally and try to support local businesses and was so excited when it came to town. I have ordered 36 times since it opened. Since the opening crew left, the standards have gone down hill. No changing of gloves after touching food, touching the register, or touching multiple surfaces and spreading germs, then going back to making new subs. Smeared mayo all Over the sun rolls, the gloves don’t help maintain food safety if they are not changed enough. I just ordered a sub on July 4th and ate it in person, it left me with bubble guts all Afternoon and into the next morning. VERY CLEAN! This is a new location so I would expect so but the cleanliness is in the details and I was very pleased with the high level of cleanliness. Everyone working was staying busy and were clean and presentable as well which is probably why the service was so good! More than one person welcomed med me as I stepped in the door! Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Sub was just as I ordered and they didn’t forget my side of pickles! Great experience and food. Would recommend to anyone...
