The other locations are very friendly, but one time I came to pick up to go order and I have a hurt neck and back and hurt my shoulder where it’s hard for me to carry food so I pulled up in the front door because I’ve seen other cars put their emergency lights on and park right there when it’s not that.

This location is smaller and I've had a couple instances of them running out of beans and/or rice, but they're very apologetic about the situation and they try to compensate and improve your order for any inconveniences. I love this place but we have been really disappointed with this one and their covid mask/glove wearing practices. In the drive thru window, which is passenger side only, you can always see one guy with his mask below his nose or even chin and then brought up and these guys will be making your food, not just the cashier's.
