El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in La Habra

The food was okay, nothing to write home about. I got a 12 piece family meal, and thank God I had a coupon. It was going to be about $40 for a 12 piece leg and thigh, but the coupon brought it down to $30. I come here every now and then, and it's usually the same lady at the drive-through, so I know how it is going to be. Unfriendly service and never fulfilling what is asked. For a 12 piece meal for my family of 4 adults and 2 babies, I ask for a specific amount of salsas, but every time, she gives me what she wants to give. I don't know if they have a cap on what they are supposed to give, but she doesn't even give what types of salsas are asked for. Then, every time, I have to park in the parking lot and go into the store to get what I asked for, and they give it to me! I don't know why I have to go inside every time, especially when I have my two babies, but that's how they are here. I don't believe I have ever received what I have asked for. The customer service in this place is the worst. They made a mistake in the order and we call. The manager very unprofessional started asking all the associates about our order and every one started screaming in the background and saying that they did not miss anything, they said the order was right. Then he said you are right we did not add the requested dressing and topings. He said just come back and I will give you dressing really, you will give me dressing and I have to drive 1.7 miles. Thank you but no thanks. I strongly recommend training for all associates. I should not be surprised if the customer infron was very upset because they did something with her order and she had to drive back. Way to treat your customers. I am 100% discusssted and idk if I could ever eat at el pollo loco again this is unacceptable. There were 2 hairs in my bfs mean and they didnt bring his drink and they messed up the order of mt land lady they didnt follow the instructions to change it to a leg on her chixken meal which i called and they lady told me from the other brea location how to change it. All other fullerton employees seemed too busy and rude saying they dont know thier app. I mean my bf seriously was nice about it then took another bite and another hairi will not ever come back here.
