Atomic Pizza — Restaurant in La Habra

Well the pizza is good if it actually comes; I’ve ordered delivery twice. Once from grub hub (a delivery app) and once over the phone. The first time I ordered on grub hub we waited an hour and half. I Finally called and whoever answered the phone said they never received the order. Obviously I was frustrated and asked what we could do to make it happen so I can get my food. The person on the phone said we never received the order and we would have to redo the order and wait another hour for pizza. I was very frustrated and their response was well next time call and speak to an actual human and that using the online apps do not work. I wanted to give them a second chance considering how great their reviews are so I called today and spoke to Sean (I’m assuming the owner) Placed my order gave them my credit card information, my address, my phone number and he told me my pizza would be at my house within an hour so I waited. An hour and five minutes passed so I decided to call. Sean answered and acted like he never received the order until I reminded him of what exactly I ordered.He yelled to somebody in the back and asked if our order had ever gone out which they said no. I started laughing at this point and I asked him if he could comp my card and bring me my pizza due to the inconvenience he told me he would do either one until I reminded him this is the second time he’s done this and he assured me my pizza will be here in 15 minutes. So now I’m waiting for my pizza again..

Update they did bring me my pizza after 35 minutes. A total of an 1 hour and 49minutes. The driver was very nice and asked for a third chance.

And they forgot the garlic knots. Pizza was good.. just don’t know if the wait time and need to remind them we placed an order is worth it!

Update they seem to have figured it out - we have had it delivered twice since the first review and both times it was delivered...

What I observed while waiting for my order was disturbing. And kept me from enjoying the pizza at all. A very young Indian kid appeared to be running things. He was answering the phone and taking orders at the counter. This was Halloween night a Sunday and they were very busy. There were 5 guys working but there seem to be no organization. The kid at the counter was obviously over his head. Telling people there order would be right up then making them wait indefinitely. I'm not sure why but he was wearing just one blue latex glove he had handled money a few different times that I observed and was on the phone and back in the kitchen and then back to the counter and then I seen him placing cheese on pizzas he hadn't washed his hands I didn't see anybody there washed their hands but this young man that was running things definitely should have washed his hands or changed his gloves before he handled the food. He was taking pizzas out of the oven putting them in boxes and going back and opening boxes to check them very confusing and...

We were are visiting from Arizona and had a long day we were craving pizza and wings and we started looking for places up in Google and this amazing place popped up, we decided to try it and to our surprise it was more that we could bargain for!!! Wings were so delicious probably some of the best I've ever had and the pizza was even better!!! Very family friendly super clean. Everyone was very nice to us, and the owner was very kind and made us feel like we were dining in with family. Definitely coming back again, I highly recommend Atomic pizza to...
