Jack in the Box — Restaurant in La Habra

Really disappointed. I've been to this location many times thru the years but today (my birthday of all days), I stopped by and got a breakfast sandwich #25 and a large diet coke (it's not a diet thing, it's a I like diet coke thing). Well, I tried the diet coke to make sure the taste was right and it wasn't. It tasted more like carbonated water than diet coke. I told the girl running the window and asked if I could change it to Dr. Pepper. She shot down my request saying that it'll just taste the same. I didn't want to seem like a Karen so I smiled and said it was my birthday and I wanted it to taste good. She could have cared less... She had no emotion. She again just repeated that it'll just taste the same and it wouldn't matter. She said she could give me orange juice and I declined. I just wanted to leave. I wasn't in any way rude to her but you could tell she was not interested in trying to help me out in any way. She even said she'd tell someone that the machine was not working right and I mentioned that it was a bummer since it's like $3+ dollars and it tastes wrong. I mean, that's great for the people behind me that the machine will get fixed, but what's that do for me? I left. She tried at the last minute to offer a free meal but it was too late. I won't be going back to this location. I just don't like being blown off like that. I've never had someone at a drive-thru window refuse to give me a different drink if one tasted wrong. So I'm stuck with this odd tasting beverage that cost me over...

I shouldn’t even give them a star I never eat at jack anymore because it’s so fattening but my son was craving fries which led to other craving . the girl in drive through plus size with red hair not sure her name but the reciept said Ashley was so rude when taking my order not to to top it off they forgot half of my order I drove back because I live right down the street on la Habra and when I came back it was 12:51 am not even 1:00am yet lights were off and i can here them laughing through the window .I had to knock on the window because they forgot some of my order she comes with attitude to the window as I advised her you forgot some of the food she clearly argued with me said I know how I packed your order .I said either give me my food or I can come back tomorrow or give my money back. She said are registers are closed and still argued on how she made the order correct .she finally had the cook make the food and gave me the tacos and chicken sandwich after arguing with me rolling her eyes at the window made a stupid remark about my son I don’t understand why she had to be so rude to me and make a smart comment she obviously doesn’t know customer service . Never again will I go back to...

Went threw with my family order dinner, the lady gave is most of our food for got the kids drink we told her and then left forhome, BUT they neglected to give me my burger that I paid for. Upon returning to get my food the lady had the audacity to tell me that I left with out getting it.I politely reminded her that she forgot the kids drink, at that moment the manager tried to tell me how hard it is working in the food industry, I told him 1st off I worked in the good industry in an amusement park for 5 years so I actually DO know. And secondly I was not upset until YOUR employee tried to blame me (the customer) for HER mistake. He just stood there perplexed. So needless to say that after tonight I will be going to a different location...
