Costco Food Court — Restaurant in La Habra

I’ve been a long time Costco food court visitor. Last week, I experienced the rudest, most unhelpful employee at this food court . I have two toddlers that usually split a slice of pizza. Generally I will ask if they can slice it in half for me. In all of my years of Costco trips, I have NEVER had an employee deny slicing it in half for me. Not only was “Franchesca” unfriendly and rude, she also refused to be helpful. She flat out told me “we don’t do that here”…….. whaaaaaat? I’ve had this done every single time I buy a slice of pizza for my kiddos . When I informed her that they’ve done it for me before she proceeded to give me one of those flimsy plastic knives………… Had to cut it with that and well it was a mess. Anyways ……: I then asked if they could just put the strawberry only on top for my ice cream Sunday. Guess what her response was? “we don’t do that either”.……never coming back tho...

My Favorite 🛑 stop.💕Love the everyday, every week, every month deals. Even through crisis come what may. "Costco" has not failed to provide me with whatever products that I came to buy and then some. From all the different departments. Whether food, dairy, drinks, bakery, frozen, deli, household taxables, appliances, jewelry, pharmacy, Glasses & Vision Dept., Tires & car needs, gas,etc. "Costco covers it all. And after all that. You can treat yourself to the "FOOD COURT" for the famous "Costco Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Salads, and Popular Pizza Slices or Whole. With summer here...come join us and do not forget to include with your order the delicious "Ice Cream Sundaes & Yogurt Ice Cream. Rude employee. I haven't been to the food court in a while and didn't realize things had changed (no signage). I got in line to pick up pizza I ordered and felt like a hotdog, so I tried to order, and all the girl could say was, "I don't have a register" so I asked if I was supposed to get back in line and all she could do was repeat I don't have a register. This was at about 3:45, middle line 2/18/24, which is apparently just a pick up line now. All she needed to say was I'm sorry, sir,but this is a pick-up only line and I don't have a register and give me the options. I was not aware that you were supposed to use the self-service registers...
