Tempura shrimp was overcooked and super rubbery. Hubby got the Teriyaki bowl and thought it was horrible. What really upset me was when I asked the girl if I could substitute out the seaweed in a roll, and she assured me there wasn't any. Of course, there was but the dummy behind the counter when asked twice, was sure there wasn't any seaweed. The cook was 5ft away from her, she even spoke to him, while I was in front of her. When I went up to show this girl what seaweed looked like, she said, "Oh, I didn't know." Nothing further! I had $32 worth of chicken food. I'm still mad. Fabulous place to be during our quick lunch time. My co-workers and I always enjoy their combo plates and the sushi rolls!!! The combo bento is also our favorite menu when we are crave for bigger variety. Very generous amount of portions on meats and condiments. Most of all, the service is superb and very caring.
