Was all excited about trying one of the new Subway subs The club . I walked to this location after leaving my car at Costco for some tire work. I was walked inside and was waiting the sandwich maker came out from the back and said I will be right with you when she returned I ordered a foot long Club and she seen I had a coupon in my hand a national one from subway for a combo for $8.99 . She looked and said they don't accept it and asked if I had the one for the sandwich only for $6.99. I said yes. and asked why can't you take the combo one and was told her manger/owner said to refuse it and not accept . I thought about it and ended up just walking out the door and not to happy But felt they did not want my sale . They not only lost a sale but also a customer for them but Subway also ! How much is the cost of the small soda and the bag of chips on a combo cost them it can't be more than a $1.00 . And the fact to loose the sale and the guest. Heck a lot of other sandwich places and fast food places even take expired coupons. As coupons are meant to bring in sales and customers! I ended up going to Jersey Mikes. I did try and call Subway Corp to make a complaint about this location and there way of picking and choosing what nation coupons to honor but could not get thru as there is a new system and you have to fill out a form what I did. Here is the lame response along with the I don't care from them !

Read moreThis is the worse Subway I have ever been. The service is really bad. The girl that makes the sandwiches is always with a bad attitude like if you were asking for free food. The veggies are old and saggy. I asked if they had fresh cucumbers and tomatoes because the veggies in the display looked frozen and old, but she replied “No that’s all we have” Then went to paid for the combo, I asked the cashier guy if I could have an extra paper cup to double the one I have paid for because I was taking this meal to my son who was at school. His lunch was not until an hour after I got the meal and I was worried that the a paper cup with the drink sitting for awhile would get saggy. I explained the situation to the cashier, but he didn’t care. He told me that I had to pay extra $2.70 juts for and extra cup even if I wasn’t going to get any extra drinks, otherwise the business was going to loose money, but at the end they did lose money because I will never come back to this location and their horrible...

She didn't give me what I ordered and when I complained to her, she didn't like her attitude and her face, what they do to her clients. I asked them to give her extra. meat to my Subway and that's probably why he added extra tuna and since now you can't see if they are preparing it well, I realized until they put it where the vegetables are and I told him that what I wanted was meat, so I was going to pay extra.
