I dont know if they're making four for 4s and letting them sit, but the one I received tonight was...... Yes I get it its a four dollar meal, that doesn't mean its should come cold. The only reason I didnt raise sand about it is my child was sleeping in her cars eat. It wasnt for her it was for me, it was the quick meal I chose after not eating since my lunch break at work at 12:30, I picked this up at 9:30 pm. Not only was it cold, the fries were half filled, so I got shorted on that as well. One side of the nuggets was soft as if they had been sitting on drip paper for a while. I would figure if you're that busy, as they were, the food should be coming out hot. This has been an issue for me since I worked in fast food. Change the policy of precooked things and serve people fresh hot food. Again it was only 4 dollars and thirty-seven cents, but that was my money I chose to spend with you. Stop thinking people don't know how things go in fast food. Thats not a reason to do less but do more. Food great. Staff at drive thru very friendly. Manager was so rude to staff. She told the young lady working to hand her the drink when she hands her the order. The associate had the drinks sitting by window. Really? Why so rude to her staff? Explains why they always have a help wanted sign...manager is very rude to her staff! I felt bad for the young lady at drive thru. Yet she maintained a smile as I winked at her and said, God job ty for your friendliness. If not for great food and it being convenient I'd choose another Wendy's. Try sonic or What-a-burger next door or Jack n the box done the road. Thqt 5 dollar deal is a bargain!
