Pizza Hotline — Restaurant in La Plata

Pizza hotline has really been hit or miss lately with me and everyone I haves asked . But I decided to give it another try . After couple bad experiences. Ordered 2 pizzas a pepperoni and a sausage. First issue I had soon as I opened the box , Never seen pizza with so little cheese and so dry looking. But hey you don’t know how good pizza is til you eat it . Will my eyes tried to warn my stomach should have listened. Was horrible how can something covered in cheese be so dry but not over cooked. Forget cheese pull or taste it was nonexistent .

The crust was too thick and wrinkled on bottom from parts overlapping so you have slightly brown cooked parts with some barely cooked wrinkles. If you have ever had the square ellios frozen pizza imagine that but worse. Tasted some alittle sauce on dry too thick crust and no I didn’t order thick crust with alittle cheese sprinkle on it that pretty disappeared . Worse pizza I ever had even my kids, that eat everything had to pass. Issue might have been to many young people hangout more then work and paying attention from what I notice soon as I walked in to pick it up. Went on a Sunday night so not sure if that affected anything . Was gonna take it back but I live to far away so wasn’t worth the drive.

How this place still has 4.5 stars is beyond me. Must be family members and friend . This was literally worse thing I ever ate pizza wise . Should have stuck with three bros or Napoli never ever again going here And if it’s one or those you went on the wrong day things or depends who’s making it that day, how should a consumer know what days are good or bad. I gave it another chance and lived to regret it waste of money.

Save your money your better off at little Cesar their millions times better then what I had here. Or anywhere...

I was getting good service considering it’s a pull up stay in the car and they’ll come out to you kind of business, until today I called and ordered my usual chef salad, and personal pan vegan pizza...upon finally arriving there and park in front of glass door they usually see you and come right out, but not today my son and I waited and waited we notice 2 employees looked right at us but continued working and talking even so I still waited longer then reasonable time finally I decided to just drive away obviously they didn’t need my $20 perhaps they have enough money already, so I called back as I was driving away and said cancel Greg’s order I waited too long for service, the female who answered the phone replied in a sarcastic voice you’re supposed to call us and let us know you’re here, I said really The sign says pull up and stay in your car and someone will be out shortly, instead of her apologizing or encouraging me to pick my order up she was defending the bad service until I hung up on her...it used to be a time when customers was important after all were the...

Horrible worker handled money, and a customer's debit card, touched the register and returned to fixing food. I watched her stick her hands in spinach and cheese to top a pizza never washed her hands. When I complained they asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. The young lady that approached name was Samantha, she was not concerned and her facial expression was even worse with her hands her hip she said it fine. Offered to remake my pizza. I responded No, the food is contaminated now. She then offered to have someone else make the pizza , I again sai NO the topping are contaminated. They responded the heat from the oven kills it! No give me my money back. She was in her street clothes, no hair net and no gloves. I left never being introduced to the manager. I called back to speak with the manager... it was the girl that fixed my food and her name is Samantha. I want to speak with the owner she claims his name is Chris...
