HORRIBLE!!!! The main reason why people use the app is for the convenience of placing the order ahead of time so it could be ready for pick up by the time they get there. I placed the order 7:36 pm per my receipt’s time stamp. We arrived in the drive thru @ 7:54 pm (I know this bec the app gave option to order now or choose a 7:55 pm pick up time, so I made a note that I could have chosen the 7:55 pick up time). We waited for 30+ mins in the drive through time alone. As they were handing the food to my husband I could see we were missing a lot of items. So, we circled back and I walked in to asked for the other items. Bunch of kids working there and they looked like deer in the head lights, lost and confused. After much confusion and asking each other, I was told that they were going to make my order. Which means another waiting period as they had to drop the wings first! This prompted the first customer before me to asked for his order to which he was told another 6 mins after the initial 6 mins wait time he was promised 5 mins ago. He told me he had the same thing happened to him. Placed an order in drive thru. Order was not ready so he had to come inside.
At any rate, my order was the 12 pcs wings with 6 tenders combo and a 4 pcs chicken. Was given just the chicken only. Had to wait another 20 or so mins just to get the wings and tenders. Another employees form the back cane and checked all the 3 receipts on the counter, asked the other customers about heir order and for whatever reasons grabbed my receipt, crumpled it and TOSS it in the TRASH without even asking me!? WTH! I pointed out that she just toss my receipt and was told again that someone is going to make my order. After finally handing me the bag. I was told all my wings were there… So, I checked and sure enough they were all there BUT NO TENDERS!!!!! seriously I don’t understand what so confusing about my order. Aside from the lack of urgency from these employees! I worked I fast food too before but I have never seen this awful service! Over an hour for a mobile order that was placed 30 mins before arriving to the store?! No apologies no accountability and to make it worst combative and defensive employees. So aggravating. No regards to people’s time at all.. no acknowledgment or communication as to WTH is going on! And guess what? Order is still not 100%...
Read moreThis was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Popeyes location. I visited on a Sunday to pick up a mobile order, and during my interaction with the employee, Jimmy, I was met with unprofessional behavior. He repeatedly used profanity, telling me to "take your s curse word” several times. I immediately asked to speak with a manager, and when he returned to the window, he informed me that he would "come outside".
I then reached out to the Regional Manager, Keenan Williams, who assured me he would review the audio and follow up with a call. Unfortunately, I never received that call. Despite multiple follow-up attempts on my end, I received no response. Days later, I was contacted by someone from HR, who claimed that they had reviewed the video footage and found no concerning body language from the employee. She dismissed the profanity and the threat made towards me, even suggesting that I was the aggressor. She claimed that they didn’t have audio, which is a contradiction to what the Regional Manager stated when I spoke with him.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I am upset not only by the employee's behavior but also by the complete lack of accountability from the company. It’s concerning that Popeyes allows such disrespectful treatment of customers without taking...

After 20 mins I got there and they hadn't even started it, and they weren't even really busy...3 cars in the drive thru and three people inside. Then it took them 15 mins to get the food ready. Fast fwd to today, after 15 mins in the drive-thru, I ordered the $25 sandwiches and more pack. They said I had to order it online...because they can't get it to ring up right. So, I asked if I could just order it online/pay, and then they just make the food. They said no, and I ordered 2 sandwiches and two sandwhich combo's...and they forgot to put in two of the sandwiches!!
