I called at 5:50 pm on April 13th to inquire about a coupon that I received at the grocery store, Krogers- located a block away. I was very polite to ask if they would take the coupon and I thought it was odd that the store next door was giving coupons for a store in a different town. I was very polite, no tone, no aggression whatsoever with the girl on the phone and the conversation was brief, I simply asked if they would honor it and mentioned my opinion that I thought that it was odd and asked if they could make an exception for my coupon and I said lastly that, "it would be good for your business if you could take it." The young girl employee on the phone said,
"we are perfectly fine without your business. have good day bye." And she hung up on me. I was very polite and not giving that girl a hard time at all. I do not appreciate being talked to in that manner from someone who is supposed to represent herself, her work, and her company in a professional and polite manner which she did not. This makes me feel like never going into that particular shop or even buying from the dunking company ever again. I was already not having the greatest day and I was trying to get a discount to buy donuts for a group of children! This was a terrible experience. Customer service can be hard sometimes, I know but this particular employees rude communication to me was unwarranted. Obviously, the manager at this store does not care how their employees behave. Read moreOrdered a large drink that has boba in it and a small or medium for my daughter. Mine was very watered down it seemed like but I had about half the boba in a large then my daughter had in her cup, so why would I have less if I ordered more? At least you would think so!
So the experience was even worse then the product I received. I wasn't too familiar with the menu or what the items on the menu consisted of because I have only been here once or twice so it may have took longer then usual, and the girl who took the order at the register was very short and had a very rude and ugly demeanor. And we were in no way being rude or did anything for her to even have this type of unprofessional customer service or attitude so I would highly recommend replacing the person. If I were to go back another time and get the same person I would literally walk right out.
Hopefully it was just a bad day or the person is no longer employed there because Id hate to see how many customers or money you would lose because of this type of attitude and customer...
Read moreI only went here because Starbucks was closed and apparently will be for another week or two. It was 6pm so I figured there wouldn’t be much of a line and I could be in and out quickly. There was only 1 car in front of me but somehow it still took more than 10 minutes to get 1 coffee. I tried to just run inside but the lobby was closed. So went back to the line and now it’s just me. Still sat there for a few more minutes. It was just irritating because I’ve worked in food service for years so I feel like know what should take that long and what shouldn’t. And two guys in two separate cars getting 1 coffee each shouldn’t take 10-15 mins. It just means that I will never go back here for my morning coffee on the way to work. Because if it takes this long at night with 1 car ahead of me how long will it take in the morning when everyone’s there? Plus my coffee was wrong, but it was still really good so I guess it...
