Absolutely not, very very discriminating. Very closed off to anyone who isn’t like them if you even come off as DIFFERENT, you’re not welcome. Expect off looks!!! My girlfriend who started her first day was very discriminated against!(she has autism) Had her running nearly all the tables by her self only to be accompanied by the only favored waitress to be sent to the back so she could finish up the final innings of her customers and take my girlfriends tips. No, Absolutely not. And that little girl running around is pocketing and turning all the efforts away the waitresses put in. Highly unprofessional, and this 10 year old girl is serving alcohol to adults literally grinding up on the pool table!!! Unacceptable. We will never eat here again, nor bring our business around Before you can say she was in training then give her training pay, especially if you’re going to take all her tips and have her work till closing, that’s not training, that’s taking advantage of a young employee ####In response to your false statements and accusations#### Your response is an outright denial of accountability. To begin with, how can you claim she was late on her first day when I personally ensured she was there 15 minutes early? And what about the so-called "free meal" accusation? It's clear you are trying to deflect blame and paint her in a bad light without any evidence. You mentioned my supposed unpaid burger order, which is outright false. We always settle our bills, and insinuating otherwise is just another attempt to discredit us. It’s also worth noting that you did not address the serious issue of discrimination and the inappropriate behavior of having a minor allegedly serve alcohol, which raises serious questions about your establishment's practices. That little girl is in the picture I took right here. Moreover, you failed to comment on the most crucial aspect—your clear discrimination against someone with autism. Instead, you chose to divert the issue by bringing up unrelated and unfounded accusations. This just goes to show the kind of unprofessional and discriminatory environment you foster. Before you make more baseless claims, focus on addressing the real issues at hand. If you continue to deny the truth and discredit honest feedback, your establishment's reputation will suffer even further. Discrimination and unprofessionalism have no place in any business.

Wow. Walked in at 9:30pm today on a Saturday and waited at a table for 15 minutes for service before giving up, getting our own menus and asking someone for some help. The waitress was too busy cleaning up, texting and wandering around to even acknowledge us. When I went up to her and asked if we have service or needed to order from the bar, she said “for what?” ..uhhh to get food a drinks from your establishment? Anyway, she finally came over and took our order. We got a bunch of seafood and some appetizers and at this point it was 9:45pm. At 10:05 someone came to our table with our food ticket and told us, sorry the kitchen is closed. I told her we ordered before 10pm, on advice from said server to get the order in before the kitchen closed. On top of that we had already waited over 20 minutes for someone to even take our order. She apologized, and I know it was not her fault but it was still frustrating. If we had been greeted or even acknowledged when we arrived this wouldn’t have even been an issue. We hung out to finish our drinks and go find food elsewhere and they came out with our appetizers. Apparently the cook made those and then peaced out, leaving them on the line. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and my friends and I just wanted some crab and margaritas and maybe some decent service. Your marketing employee is great and gets people in the door but I’m not sure my friends and I, or anyone else for that matter, would come back after this experience. Edit: Owner claims this is a false review, so I’ll attach photo proof our server downing boiled shrimp in the back while we were waiting for our check, or any further service for that matter. Accountability is key, a simple apology and understanding from ownership goes a long way.

Went for their special. Buy 2lbs for $6.99 a lb and get 2 lbs for FREE. Complete B.S.! You barely get 2 lbs total on a 2 lbs metal try. I can barely eat 2lbs by myself, let alone 4 lbs. The crawfish were old, mushy and rotten. It's probably leftover from Easter weekend. They charge for everything! I mean, literally everything butter, seasoning, even $5.00 for a to go box. If I could leave zero stars as a review, I would. I've never posted a bad review like this. I won't be back!!! Edit: I have no problem paying for "butter" or extras. I have a problem with false advertisements and taking advantage of people. If customer pays for 4 lbs of crawfish, one would expect 4 lbs of crawfish. Take accountability and responsibility for your actions or lack there of and do better. PERIOD! Instead you argue and insult your customers that have anything to say that isnt a positive review. Here's a FREE suggestion that might help you and your business.....if a customer has something negative to say , take it under advisement, maybe talk about it with your staff, apologize that your customer had a bad experience and suggest that maybe they come back and give you a 2nd chance. Maybe you'll win them over with kindness. You get more with honey than you do vinegar. I'm in regards to your shady comment about not returning, you're welcome. 😉 I strongly support small local businesses but it won't be yours with my money or the 6 people I brought with me to your restaurant. Respectfully.
