Just wanted to order food today after working 9 hours and had an employee adamantly shake his head at me for no reason... he seemed to be projecting his frustration with life at me as if I don't have my own issues. Imagine having an employee shake his head at you and you can't figure out why. Of course he provoked a reaction from me because I just couldn't resist asking him what in the world I could have done to get a condescending head shake. We're all stressed out of our minds during these unprecedented times, the last thing I need is some cryptic disrespect from the employees at my favorite franchise. I have been sitting with myself for hours feeling insecure and guilty without knowing the cause of my actions. I hope no-one goes through the type of mistreatment I experienced at this establishment today. I should note that the rest of the employees were cordial and handled the situation professionally. So kudos to them. As for the toxic employee, I hope life gets better for you. Even though you ruined my day and stunted my self-perception, I never want to see anybody struggle in life. We're only here for a limited time and it's always best to have some love for humanity. I hope you overcome whatever caused you to treat me poorly and live a prosperous life. Read moreI read the reviews about this location in La Verne. It appeared to be mixed reviews/ratings so I figured it was time to pay them a visit.
Thankfully, my experience was positive. Customer service is important and I must say that this location surpassed my expectations. I was pleasantly greeted upon entering and the server who helped me was courteous and professional.
My "bowl" was made exactly as requested without being rushed [as (unfortunately) takes place at some Chipotle locations].
My bowl was fresh and tasty, and the chips were crunchy. The guacamole were fresh and well seasoned. The place was clean and the employees were properly masked. No issues and as such, is well deserved of five stars.
Also, due to the current climate (winter 2022), it might not be uncommon for this location, like many other restaurants to suffer sporadic labor issues and be forced to close.

Read moreI got to the end of the line and I asked for chips, they said they were out. I look to my right and see about 15 bags of chips, so I ask and the employee poked embarrassed and just said, “it’s my manager I can’t give them to you.” So confused, I called over the manager and asked him why they aren’t selling chips and he said they were for online orders that have already been placed. I was in the store about an hour before closing so I decided to wait and see if he was telling the truth, turns out he gave out 0 bags of chips the entire time. He was probably trying to not give out the bags so that they had more for the morning but that’s not an excuse. I also witnessed him drop some of the meat on the counter, and instead of throwing away the meat that was dirty, he just shoved it back into the container full of other meat.
