I tried to order the lasagna and fettuccine alfredo special IN line ... I was told it was no longer available that I could have lasagna for $10.29. So, I ordered that instead. Not only wasn't it hot, it wasn't even warm. I waited in line 20 minutes to receive an order of food that was cold.... The breadsticks were as hard as rocks. Plus when I got to the window and asked why they no longer had the specials I was told they DID have the specials, just not the lasagna and fettuccine. Now it was lasagna and ravioli which I would have liked better. I asked her why she couldn't tell me that at the time of order, and she said, "Well it would take too long to get it ready." I was already home with cold food, paying twice as much as I wanted to pay. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all.. They have a large sign stating that 'we are waiting for our food BECAUSE they are preparing our food hot and delicious for us'. That is not true.. I live less than a mile away, and it was cold when I got home. The cheese had even coagulated. I will not being returning to this location anytime soon.. what a waste of $10.. when I could have had the $5 special which is what I wanted... I can't express enough how...
Read moreWent to Fazolis on 84th and giles in lavista ne 40 minutes until close. They had the food being kept warm under the breadstick heaters in yellow bins with plastic dressing cups as their scoops. There was 2 bins of red sauce, a bin of meatballs, and a bin of what looked like fettuccine sauce.
We ordered a 60 dollar meal and they proceeded to assemble it using those bins under the warmer. When they presented the food to us I asked what temp those bins should be at the employee told me 140 I asked the kid to temp it for me and he did. Temp was 150. I asked him if those bins under a breadstick warmer were standard procedure and he said yes.
I took a photo of the food being held under the warmer you can check it out on my facebook page sam ann. I'll make sure its public and shareable. No one cared that we weren't happy they just stood behind what I guarantee is not the proper standards for MEAT AND SAUCE!
I watched them serve that food to 4 cars in drive through while they prepared ours the same way.

Read moreWell I have nothing but good things to say, having in younger days worked, with fast food and restraints, the customer service under Grace and Bryan are friendly and chattable, understanding and goes a long ways these days. Don't abuse and doesn't hurt to tip. Now the clean was very surprising awesome my service dog didn't need any attention adjustment from the the floor! Which is fabulous with the price for hospitality. Now For Ralph as a face of a store which is an undervalued and underpaid position not to take away from our servers above is a daunting task. I hope everyone in the store moves to a higher position and I commended for working to survive!
