Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would after my last experience here today. I will never come to this location again after the customer service I received. I inquired about pricing and the older gentlemen that waited on me said the prices are not what’s on the menu because it’s 12 years old: I said ok so what are the prices and he acts irritated with me and states he does not know. Gets an attitude with me for asking the price! Are you kidding me? I want to know what I’m paying for! Then he goes and gives me a total price and tells me for the two rolls and my drink and crab rangoons it would be 28 dollars but doesn’t give me a breakdown. I once again proceed to ask him what is costing what and he again gets an attitude with me. He then proceeds to tell me if I don’t want to eat there I don’t have to. Are you kidding me???? Maybe be nicer and treat your customer with respect! I then had him ask someone else to provide a break down which he finally does and I agree to eat there even after being treated rudely. Then he ends up bringing me my order and it was not even what I ordered or asked for. I proceed to tell him this is not what I ordered or listed on the sheet and he gets argumetive and tells me it was too and then he asks me in a rude irritated voice yet again what I ordered and he goes and looks at the sheet and realized he messed up and then fixed it. He did admit he made a mistake. And at least did apologize for that. But then he brings me the correct order and it was not even good. The avocado was brown on my sushi and you could tell it was not fresh I was so annoyed at this point that I just finished what I could of my meal and left. I have come to this location many times and never have been treated so poorly. I don’t think this man is usually a waiter anyway because I’ve never seen him other than making the sushi but still he should have been more respectful to me when I’m dining in and providing your company with my money. I tipped only 10% and he’s lucky he even got that! Never...
Read moreA couple of really easy fixes would make this a 4 star restaurant for me. 1) Play some kind of music. Eating in dead silence is just strange, especially at a sushi place where you’d expect chill music vibes.. it honestly killed the experience for me, just lacked energy in there. 2) Change your menus to reflect accurate prices. The server told the first person in our party that the menus she handed us had incorrect prices. The new prices are online, we could look there. This message was not relayed to me when I arrived, so I was surprised when everything on my bill was $3-$4 more than the list price. The menus were really dated and hard to read anyway, not sure why they wouldn’t just take the time to print accurate ones.
The service was good. The food was pretty good. I probably wouldn’t come back unless they made some changes, maybe offered a happy hour or reason to get me...
Read moreMeh. Not bad but probably wouldn't go again unless it was out of convenience. We got the 48 piece sushi party tray and it was underwhelming to say the least. The rolls are half the size of a typical sushi roll so you're really getting the equivalent to 3 normal sized sushi rolls. Had we known this we would have just ordered 3 of the good rolls for the same price as almost half of the tray is filled with just sweet potato rolls. I definitely wouldn't order this for a party. It comes in an aluminum roasting pan covered in saran wrap rather than on a plastic serving tray. We ordered online for pickup and they were supposed to message when it was ready but didn't. Customer service leaves something to be desired as we had to call after waiting a solid 45 minutes and they told us we could come...
