QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Papillion

Felt extremely rushed I ordered a cheese crusted quesadilla and before I could tell the lady I wanted steak she had already put chicken on it. I told her no I want steak please amd so she had to start over. Now this next part may be my fault as I thought withthe quesadilla they would ask me what I wanted just like they do burrito so I could say I did t want Pico and do add some salsa and whatnot to it. I was given no chance, she moved straight from. The steak to the Pico before I could say a word. At this point I was just annoyed and blew it off and just decided I would pick off the tomatoes when I got home. I will add a young lady did notice me frustrated a bit and asked if we could remake my quesadilla for the 3rd time but I was not ready to wait while my families food sat. So I said no amd took it home.

To top off this experience I got everything home and found a hair in my first bite. Now I'm eating pie for dinner. I most likely will not be revisiting your establishment, at least anytime soon but I figured you should know that your guests feel rushed and unheard and from previous reviews im reading here I havnt...

Qdoba has been a favorite of mine for over 15 years, I love the high quality food as my personal favorite one I get is either the burrito or bowl, with white rice, both sets of the beans, chicken, with queso, and lettuce/cheese. Simple but delish! :-)

This day that I went here (this location is the one near 8540 S. 71st plaza of Papillion, NE), I seen something pretty cool. There was an advanced senior having a bit of difficulty with his debit card to purchase his food. The wait staff was very patient, and helped him. Also, this gentleman was having a bit of difficulty with the carrying the food and opening the door. The wait staff did their jobs with helping the clients in preparing the food, and (before I could get over there to open the door) one assisted him with the doors so he could have a good day. I will continue to be a customer with Qdoba and especially this location, as it is nice to see there are good people that are willing to go above and beyond the norm of what is expected in their jobs &...

My nachos were okay, but what the hell is the older Hispanic lady’s deal? I asked the girl who did my nachos for an extra side of queso, I looked in the bag and she put in shredded cheese so I asked the Hispanic lady who was ringing me up if I could get an extra side of queso and she said “no” and then after a few seconds she was like “2 dollars” and I was like yeah that’s fine I’ll pay for it??? She then went and got me a big cup of shredded cheese and I said “no like the queso?” And then she went and grabbed some and charged me which was totally fine but when I said thanks she just ignored me and turned her back towards me didn’t say anything. She was annoyed I asked for something extra which is super weird, so idk why she’s still around if she’s gonna act so inconvenienced. She seems like a real piece of work.
