I stopped by today at 330 and they weren't busy pulled up to the drive thru and placed my order. The order on the screen wasnt what I ordered and I wasnt asked if I wanted anything else so I could correct the order. So after a few moments of silence I pulled up to the first window. Nobody showed up so I could correct the order and pay so I pulled up to the 2nd window. The man there asked if I had ordered 2 ice creams which I didnt. He asked if i had payed at the first window and i said no cuz no one was there. I also told him the order was wrong so I told him exactly what I had ordered which I also had a coupon for one of the items. I then let the man take my phone for the coupon and my card to pay. So he comes back with both and hands them to me then hands me a bag. I then look into the bag and it was the wrong order they had taken in the first place. So i tell him it was the first order that was wrong. He then asked me to pull up to the extended waiting spots. A few mins later he came out with a bag and apologized for the mixup so I check the bag and its exactly the order that they messed up all they did was change the sandwich. At that point I was so irritated I just left. I understand mistakes are made but to do it 2 times in a row when I told you twice face to face exactly what I ordered is just horrible service. She asked me what do I want to drink I said a coke and a Sprite make it large please and she asked me what do I want to drink and I tell her again a large Coke and a large sprite should we get to the window and the guy hands me a small Coke and a small sprite and I tell him it’s a large Coke and a large sprite so he fixes the order for me and makes it a large Coke and a large sprite so we drive home my kids sit down to eat and see daddy there is no sauce what am I supposed to eat my chicken nuggets with so I call and speak to the manager. This isn’t the first time this is has happened and I tell the manager and he tells me back next time check in the boxes to make sure the sauces are there because sometimes it says no sauce I told him it says on the receipt barbecue sauce and honey mustard so he tells me again just make sure next time you ask at the window and make sure that there’s sauce in the box before you drive off so I tell so you want me to do your job for you to lol what a joke I wouldn’t go to the place if it...
