I am a regular here, I come every morning and I get 2 sandwiches, the very kind morning staff always takes off the bacon for me. These 2 girls that were working the evening shift were SO rude. When I asked them to take the bacon off they looked at each other, laughed in my face and said “yeah we aren’t gonna do that for you” I said, “why? I come here every morning and they always do it for me” they continued to laugh in my face and tried to make me feel stupid. So I drove off. It was a brown haired girl with a braid and a skinny girl with bleached looking hair. Never have I had such an awful experience at this location. They should not be working a customer service type of job if they can’t get their attitude straight. The thing that pissed me off was that I asked so nicely and they automatically treated me like I was garbage and they didn’t care. If you see this review, I would like a follow up please. I don’t want to come while those rude girls are working because quite frankly they ruined my night.

I went back to this location to get a smoothie and a sandwich and she says it’s $17.38. I noticed after I told her I didn’t want the receipt I got a notification from my bank saying they charged me $21.38. Why did you charge me $4 more than you said? I can recall two experiences from an afternoon and morning visiting this location and I’ve never been so disrespected by this girl, she had a nasty attitude towards me and another customer on the other side of the building, not to mention my drink was made incorrectly. Just to add the cherry to the top, her and another coworker were discussing how much they hated another worker that wasn’t present at the time. How unprofessional!!! If you’re going to talk bad about other people close the window so your customers can’t hear!!! The whole time i was in the presence of these two girls I felt uncomfortable, and honestly upset at the fact that they had no remorse for their horrible customer service.
I did catch the name of one of the gals (Olivia) I’m unsure of the other girls name I didn’t catch it while they were talking. I will continue to visit this location as I love everyone else within. However… if I pull up to the window and these girls are there I will be driving off and going to another location. Read moreI decided to visit this Scooters Coffee location on my lunch break a few weeks ago, hoping for a quick and convenient experience. I placed a mobile order to save time, but things went downhill fast. When I pulled up to the drive thru, an employee told me they were temporarily closed because they only had two people working. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication or solutions offered. No apology, no suggestion for how to get a refund, and no indication of how long the closure would last. I was left sitting there with no solution. After waiting around for quite a while, another worker “supposedly arrived”, so they finally decided to make my order. But by that point, I had already wasted about 45 minutes of my lunch break. For a place that charges premium prices for coffee, the customer service was severely lacking.
