All young boys working this day on 6/9/24! We spent over $45.00, a total of 4 meals with drinks. I checked our food and the patties were really dried up and shrunken! My order was wrong! I said a double with extra lettuce mayo and onions no pickles or tomatoes add bacon! I was given a double with everything still on it and no bacon! Told the young man, no this isn't right please take it back and remake it the right way*! Another young man brought burgers back because all was supposed to be replaced with fresh patties and 2 fresh fries! The turned around and gave me the same burger back without changing anything on it! I suspect they did something to the sandwich because they were showing to hat they were angry about having to fix my order, the mayo on everyone else's burger was the correct consistency but mine was watery with no extra anything sloppy and wet!! I was starving because we had gone through this 3 times and it was getting late! I prayed asking God to make sure my burger wouldn't get me sick because it has been negatively altered and this war to much money to be waiting again (not the first time)!! I got through it barely being nauseous and sum what sick to my stomach!!! I don't understand why these children are left to run these restaurants without older supervision!! Also, the doors was locked at 8:15pm so had to keep getting in line to bring burger back!! The commercial says "FRESHLY MADE TO ORDER" WE DIDN'T RECEIVE CRISPY/CRUNCHY...
Ā Ā Ā Read morei went through the wendys drive thru a couple nights ago and the heavy set lady at the cashier was very rude, unfriendly and even acted quite aggressive and hostile i ordered a jr cheeseburger, fries and chili and she told me to pull up past the window and wait since the fries were not done i asked her for ketchup and tried to tell her last time i came and waited they got my order completely wrong and she assured me that wouldnt happen and that they would get the order correct so i pulled up past the window and waited and eventually recieved my order and when i got it the cheeseburger was Not the jr cheeseburger, the fries were lukewarm and loojed like about half was missing, they completely forgot ketchup and the small chili i ordered did not have the lid on correctly and was dripping inside the bag i was shocked especially since the heavy set woman at the drive thru assured me this wouldnt happen i definetly did not get my moneys worth they completely messed up my order therefore i will not go to this wendys again which is too bad because i had been going there many yrs i wanted so badly to turn around go back thru the drive thru and say something but i didnt want to deal with them again especially with how rude she was i also understand its been hard for everyone with this covid19 virus and people in general have been acting differently however she could of got my order correct and not be rude...
Ā Ā Ā Read morefirst of all, iāve had an issue with them every time i come. normally, itās just them messing up the order by putting condiments on the cheeseburger when i asked for it plain, which i understand can happen sometimes⦠but literally every time??? but what pissed me off was the manager tonight (presumably evan)⦠they forgot my cheeseburger (when i got a CHEESEBURGER meal⦠like okay???) and we didnāt notice until we got home. so we called them and they said theyāll remake my cheeseburger anytime. well i was hungry and wanted my freaking cheeseburger so we went back to get it. when at the window, i simply asked if it was possible to get refund JUST for my cheeseburger (not everything else. also, idc about the money, it was just more so about compensating me for YOUR mistake). the manager was rude right off the bat. told me that itās either the cheeseburger or the refund. okay, so you could have politely said that. also, you guys canāt spare like $3??? (again, idc about the $3 either, just wanted them to show good customer service.) but he was just so rude for absolutely no reason. so while iām at the window trying to understand what was going on, he literally shut the window on us and walked away. i work retail so i know how it is, so i also know when someone in customer service is despicable. never seen someone in customer...
