Burger King — Restaurant in Lacey Township

Ok, I am completely disgusted with this place like holy crap how are you still in business??? First of all all the tables inside we're filthy and sticky like to the point where your sandwich wrapper is sticking to the table my little boys wanted nuggets I had to hand them back and order fresh nuggets they were so hard and dry inside I can't believe the manager was allowing them to serve these are sandwiches were absolutely disgusting and they put a pound of ketchup on every Burger we ordered the roles were old and they were so soggy with ketchup I just can't believe that they're running this place like this something needs to be done or you're going to be out of business have one of your workers go around and sweep and wipe down all the tables it's unacceptable when they're that sticky that your paper from your sandwich is stuck to the table and that was the cleanest table we found we just wanted to take the boys out real quick for a little lunch there are three and four and we haven't been to a Burger King in years this place was absolutely disgusting I'm not doing this to be mean I'm doing this to tell people do not waste your money at this place and when I went to the manager and asked for new chicken nuggets I said these are very old I said you got to throw these out and she said no they're fresh they were not fresh I peeped around the corner to get her and she was standing at the drive-thru window smoking her Vape and everybody that was working there were on their phones including her very unprofessional...

I’m allergic to sesame and really like getting their burgers with potato buns. Was told they don’t have potato buns. Okay that’s fine, they say they’ll give me two bottom buns. I waited and went through the drive thru and when I left I found I just had a normal sesame bun. Had to wait to go through the drive through again. They insisted they gave me two bottom buns this time. I checked and it was the same burger. I went inside and opened it and said please I just want a burger without my allergens on it! The woman tossed the burger out in front of her and said another !! TWO BOTTOM BUNS!! And said that the line cook has a language barrier, I said I didn’t think this should be blamed on her language barrier, after the first time it should’ve been checked! Update: Something changed and it's not good any more. It's not even fast; it took 20+ minutes to get our order. The food was cold because it was just sitting on a counter (with no heat lamp) as they slowly added each item. We saw the same for the other few people that ordered after us. People just talking on their phones and ignoring customers. Just seemed like everyone was working their first day and didn't get trained yet or something. Feels like mismanagement.

Old review: One of the few fast food places that still does a good job. The food is fresh and tasty, the inside has been clean every time we sit down to eat. Staff is always friendly and courteous too. Seems like a great time they have.

It has that feel of Burger King of ole where it still was good, not like the god-awful one on Rt. 37. Whoever owns/runs this one is...
