We bought lunch. Sat down in the kids area and I look to the left and a lady starts pulling out diaper wipes and her child is laying on the bench.. She starts to undress her child who is about three probably and changing a gross diaper. I could smell it and so instead of saying something I went up front. There I asked to speak to a manager and they got someone named Danny. I told him what was going on he said okay I will take care of it. I went to sit back down and he walked in as she was putting the childs diaper on and pulling there pants up..It was so gross I was just beyond grossed out had a sick feeling in my stomach and I know this had to be a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. But did he handle it no he looked turned around and left. I would have been happy with him just saying miss we have a bathroom with the ability to change your child there please use the bathrooms..No he said nothing. So I sat there for a second collected our lunch we did not get to finish my son barely even got to start but two fries and I went up to the front and said to him why did you not say anything? He said there is nothing to say. I was like excuse me? He said nope nothing. I then stepped up to said nicely with flu and sickness and disease going around that can be contracted through bodily fluids and ect your not going to deal with this. He said there is nothing to deal with. They told me to speak to no one and told me to leave I left. The general manager called the cops on me in the parking lot. Told me not to speak to anyone and said I had to get off there property. I was currently on the phone with corporate MCdonalds and they were asking me questions I sat in my car and she stood there watching me as I was on the phone in my car and the police came..I will never ever eat at t his place or...
Read moreI was happy that the friendliness was back to normal. I had not visited in a few months because I had a bad experience with. I think she was a manager I'm not sure but she even promised to refund my food which she didn't give to me because there were some words exchanged about how far I was away from the window for my order and I think she was just in a bad mood that day but whatever. I came in to get my food and she had an attitude and said no. I'll refund you your food and I waited for my refund and just never went back. I ended up parking and coming inside because she said that I was too far from the window. Well I was in a truck so I had to be very cautious because it has like why bumper guards or whatever on it and I wasn't the owner of the truck. Either way she was extremely rude. I don't even remember her name but she had dark hair and black nail polish on and I was being extremely nice but when I came in she was still upset and she did not give me my food which I paid for. She did say she would refund it which he had no right to withhold my food and but she never refunded it and I thought several times about going to complain but complaints never help. Nothing ever really gets done and I'm way too busy to drive back just to waste time. Every other time that I have ever gone to that McDonald's everything was fine. Food service and time to complete the order. That time was a nightmare and that was August visit and this is my first time returning to that one since very happy that things went well and everyone was friendly. My...
Read moreI can't believe I'm actually reviewing a McDonald's haha. I'm pretty easy going so this isn't a complaint per se, but hopefully it helps this location better serve their customers. This location will, without fail, give you someone else's order. At this point, I'm convinced that something weird goes on at night because several times I've been told it was cash only and then when I get to the window there's lots of scrambling and then they basically throw a Doordash order at you quickly and send you on your way. Since I know a lot of delivery app orders tend to go to waste, I'm wondering if they're just matching what you order in the drive-thru as closely as they can to a Doordash order and giving you that instead. It's the most peculiar thing. By that point, you've waited at the drive thru for about 20 minutes so you end up just taking whatever they gave you.
I've experienced this 4 different times now and the other night, I actually ended up ordering from Doordash and my delivery driver ended up having to wait at the restaurant for about 20 minutes and messaged me saying "So sorry, they gave your order to the car before me so they're about to make it again." So I'm pretty sure I'm on to something with my theory lol.
Who knows. I know the industry is struggling right now and I'm always inclined to blame things on the company/corporation rather than the workers, so yeah... hopefully someone reads this and makes the necessary...
