Starbucks — Restaurant in Lacey

The quality of the coffee is exactly what you'd expect from the Starbucks brand, and this particular store doesn't deviate from that.

Lighting is great. There's plenty of windows. 3 days after opening, I had my first visit here and brought my laptop to sit. Unfortunately, the outlets along the east wall didn't work and I let them know about it. It's been a couple of weeks and I've been back a few times. As of July 22, 2018, the power outlets on the east wall have still not been fixed, which is a shame because it's excellent laptop seating space otherwise.

The only other constructive criticism I have of this Starbucks is the doors being unbearably loud and screechy when they open, especially the south door. Every time it opens, it forces me to wince/cringe in pain. The floor, is also made of large tiles which are accompanied by chairs that make a horrible noise when dragged across the floor. It would be a nice investment in my opinion to make slight modifications to the feet of the chairs so that it doesn't make a horrible sound when dragged across the tile, which is something that people do at least 5-6 times an hour.

Overall not too bad for having opened...

I got to this location multiple times a week usually. They used to do great but the last month or 2 i feel they get my drink wrong more than they do right.... i pay extra for cold foam and it's never the flavor I order and I know because occasionally they get it right. They forget sauces sometimes don't put in the syrups i order. I just dont get it. I realized it happens more and more frequently so I think I'm done going here when there are many other to choose from. I noticed it started becoming more frequent when I quit tipping but I quit tipping because they were consistently messing it up and I don't have time to have them remake it every day... what once was my favorite starbucks is easily one I will...

We didn't get food but in this scenario I'll rate the coffee as the food. That being said, this little Starbucks has never disappointed. My wife and I came in to grab a couple coffees and the service was excellent. The woman who took our orders was sweet and totally chill and our barista made our drinks flawlessly. She made them with love, and for those that call bull, I mean my wife asked for extra whipped cream and this girl knew she meant load up the cup with whipped cream. The whipped cream literally stood on top of her coffee like a soft serve ice cream. Our drinks were delicious and the atmosphere I appreciate is usually always very chill and relaxing. Absolutely love this...
