MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Lacey

Understand you guys just opened but when going in there to get pizza for me and my daughter the gentleman didn't know what came on my pizza and asked me if I could read off the ingredients off the board for him.. then my pizza came out early so my pizza wasn't done The sausage was still cold when I bit into it on the other hand they left my daughter's pizza in there longer and she had a mini and it came out burnt and the top everything off the guy that was loading all the pizzas and pizza boxes look like he was confused about how to put pizza in a box and handed to a person in my pizza sat there for 5 minutes on the table. I spent $30 and tipped I really hope you guys can fix these little mistakes it's expensive to come eat cold pizza...

Love the idea of Mod Pizza! Mostly the food and salads are great and tasty. Service today was only mid at best which was a little surprising as usually service is great--welcoming, patient and friendly. Didn't appreciate being yelled at when I merely pointed (didn't touch anything, just wanted to be clear and there are no labels) about the items that I wanted to add into my salad. It was rude and off putting. I'm all for keeping things sanitary but it wasn't like I was dripping bacteria into the open counter of foods. Will be keeping my distance and my money...

The man making my pizza informed me he couldn’t give me extra pepperoni that they were only allowed to give 8 slices at most and that he would up charge me and after I pointed out that the sign says ANY TOPPING ONE PRICE he caught an attitude saying it would look bad on the company for “informing” customers that they do up charge for extra toppings and that I’m making the company lose money. Never going to this location again I’ve never once had any issue at any other mod location. The way he talked to me made me wanna not get any pizza...
