Important!! Beware!! They stated they have a No refunds policy, No store Credit, Nothing!! Once the product leaves the store it's yours regardless of the condition you bought it in!!!!!
Horrible experience. Bad management! I don't recommended buying anything that has actually value here; As they tried scamming me out of $500+ here by knowingly selling damaged products.
Went to buy cricut maker 4. Took a paper to the cashier. They insisted everyone use self checkout. 1 cashier running what 6 or so card only self checkouts. Then asked a manager to locate the product. Manager located the product and brought it up. Ok, no big deal many stores operate like this now a days. However, I couldn't handle the product until payment went through. I immediately showed concern for the large damage on the end of the box. The cashier stated it was good and well protected and tried to fix the box Stating how well they are packaged, no damage is there. He consistently recommended the protection plan even while waiting for the product. Stating that there is absolutely no returns for this product even if it remains unopened. No returns! so after it leaves the store absolutely no returns. OK, so I added the protection plan per his suggestion. Still questioning if the product is damaged. So we through the payment. My husband grabbed the box ready to leave as we stood here a good 15 or so minutes up to this point. I told him to wait I am concerned that the product may be damaged and would like to see it before we left. WELL the entire power port was completely damaged. Both the cashier and manager had previously inspected the box and product, assuring it was okay. So the cashier spoke to the manager on the headset radio. After, notifying the manager that a refund was needed. He has to reply to the manager "well the customer never left the store. She checked the product before leaving and noticed it's damage" and then had to restate "the customer never left the store with the product". Manager comes up inspects the product and tells cashier to issue the refund, seemingly irritated. Cashier asked manager to wait so they could issue the overrides for the refund. Manager disappears. Now we are here atleast another 15 or so minutes waiting to get a refund. during this time manager forces cashier to ask if we'd like to down grade instead of refund. After declining we still waited for refund. It became so long another associate started helping with self checkout as customers became frustrated and yelling and waving for help. After, a bit the associate asks if our asher would like her to go walk the floor to find a manager. Over an hour waisted at this store. Bad customer service from management. that is okay with selling defective products and making a huge deal about refunding a product that they knowingly sold defective, trying to pressure the customer to complete a sale and downgrade. The cashier showed great concern for his job with the refund because he has a large dollar amount refunded. And how he needed to write up a report with AP-asset protection before he gets in trouble for following his managers orders to sell a defective damaged product!!! Over all horrible experience and dont recommend for...
Read moreNo one knew anything!!! Myself and my daughter were there for hours just enjoying some shopping while looking for a few different craft things for Christmas presents and the few things we were looking for I asked where I could find and asking 3 different people for 3 different things and none of them knew where or if they had what we were looking for and didn't care much more to help then that. One even said "im pretty sure we have that but I wouldn't know where"...wtf how do you even have a job here?! Even when checking out I asked a question about a coupon I had and the girl said "I honestly don't know but this lady coming can help you, im new"...okay I understand being new but at that point In my mind I'm already like are we sure this lady can help lol anyways she answered the question but I went to a self checkout and when I rung up one of the Xmas decor items at $50 that stated it was 50% off but was ringing up at 40% off when I asked for assistance that same lady that the girl stated could help me with the coupon question said "yeah it is ringing up at 40% so it's only 40% off not 50%" I said that's weird because there's a sign that said ALL Ashland sprinkle decor 50%off she just said "well this one is 40%off" and walked away to continue helping other people check out. Well I looked at the item again thinking well do I even want it and I noticed that there was a chip in it so I told the lady I was going to go get a different one and she said just leave that chipped one on the counter and she'll get it right now I said ok and went to grab a different one that didn't have a chip and so I took a picture of the sign that was clearly stating 50%off. Went back up to the self checkout rung it up still at 40%off and I called for assistance again but this time a different girl came to help me I showed her what was ringing up and the picture of the sign they had hanging and she was quick to say "oh yeah, I don't know why it's ringing up at that. Let me fix that for you." In all my daughter and I got some cute xmas decor but went to Walmart after and got the few craft items we were looking for since no one there seem to know anything about crafts we were able to find one of the things ourselves but at that point i already had to go to walmart for the others so why not save some money and just buy it for cheaper at walmart. It...
Read moreI had literally the most humiliating experience of my life at this store sunday evening. I live in grays harbor county and regularly go to olymipa to shop for beads which I use in jewelry I sell in my Etsy store, my husband and I first went to JoAnns and they had only 2 of the container of beads I needed (delica sz 11) so we decided to head on over to micheals and see what kind of selection they had, hoping it was better than JoAnn. We arrived at the store about 5:00 pm and it was relatively empty we did however notice 2 female employees and a security gaurd standing in the front of the store. No big deal, I ask a employee where the beads where located as I placed my bags in a cart and she pointed he way. I pushed the cart to the end of the ose where it was out of the way and began shopping. In a matter of min. I look up to find the security gaurd standing at my cart with his hand inside of it. I said" uhhh excuse me that is my cart," still about 6 feet away and he sys good then you won't mind me having a look and precedes to just help himself to the cart digging in my belongings, he even opened a backpack that was closed. I hadn't even touched the cart since pushing it to the end of the isle when I first arrived, and neither had my husband who at this point was ready to turn right back around andleave even tho micheals did have a slightly better selection than JoAnns. I agreed being as tho we didn't even have enough time to locate exactly what I was looking for . I have never in my entire life been treated so disrespectfully in a store in my entire life. Then on the way out I hear the gaurd telling the woman at the counter to call the cops and or animal control because another customer had a dog tied up while he shopped with his daughter and the dog was barking. The cashier sid why do you want me to call the police and he repeated the dog almost bit me but therwr was no way he wentrw was no way he went outside between his intrusive search and the time I left the store, to make things even worse upon exiting the store I found out he wasn't even security for the inside of the store He was Parking lot security.i will not be returning to micheals ever and to think I was was prepared to spend...
