Unfortunately, I had such a bad experience I felt the need to share this. There are so many taco trucks in the area it makes no sense to go to one that does not have integrity or value their customers. I arrived, ordered $100 worth of food, including tip. To start, I ordered all the sides. I did this so I didn’t forget anything as I bought for 8 people. I am not over exaggerating when I say, after every single thing I ordered, the woman kept attempting to finalize my order. To the point I had to stop and let her know my order would be large. I order a large side of rice and beans for the very first thing. She told me my total and started to walk away like all I was gonna order was a large side of rice and beans. That goes on and I finally complete the order. I politely asked if she could read my order back, as she did her thing again where she gave me a total and started to walk away. At this point I’m a little annoyed as she was rushing the entire order. It’s not even 4pm at this point, there was no line.. As if I was asking her to recite the entire menu she blasted through what I ordered. Including the rice and beans. Then points and says I could’ve looked myself on their payment screen, which I honestly didn’t realize was a touchscreen. I drive 25 mins home and, of course, no large side of rice and beans. So I “happily” drive 25 mins back to the taco truck. Let her know I didn’t get the rice and beans from my order. Her only response was “you didn’t pay for any”. Not a “I apologize sure let me see what happened”, not “let me look at that for you”. She immediately knew what I was gonna have an issue with. She starts to look for my receipt after I contested and let her know I ordered rice and beans. I tell her “the first thing I ordered was a large side of rice and beans, and you tried finalizing my order and told me my total and everything”. She says; “I know”.. I said” so you removed it for me no reason? She says: “ yes sir”. At this point I’m visibly upset. Why waste my time? Why waste my money? She got upset because I asked to read back my order? I asked Why? And she mumbled something I could not even make out. Then says “so do you want some rice and beans”. I could not leave fast enough. 1. I don’t need any handout, and wasn’t there for a freebie. I wanted what I ordered. 2. I’m not giving you any more of my money at this point.. I wish I could tip after receiving my food like everywhere else. I know this is long, but I urge anyone reading, don’t waste your time. Absolutely best Mexican food in WA state this side of the mountains (only because I haven't tried the other side, but I doubt they could compete). Miss the food from TN and over the years every time I am back in WA, this place hits the spot. Been going here over 10 years, it IS worth the drive.

I have seen some seemingly biased negative reviews and I think they may be confusing this place with the one that opened up a few years back across the street. Never seen trash overflowing or the parking lot dirty. The atmosphere is what it is, there is a nice looking large grassy area if you wish to sit somewhere other than your car, though I can't say if I would recommend it given the high volume of traffic on the road next to it.

Over all the times I have come here, driving as far as 50+ miles sometimes just to get their food, they have only ever messed up my order once; when I called and let them know they were apologetic and friendly, letting me know they would fix it on my next visit and they followed through.

Great customer service, signage can be a bit confusing if you're new to it, but once you have it down and eat the food, you'll be certain to return. Continue to and always will highly recommend this place to anyone who wants delicious...

Tacos California Inc. catered our company event at the WA State Capitol Campus, and they were absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, Savili was quick to respond to my cold inquiry about reserving their food truck. She even invited me to a tasting of their delicious food and stayed in constant contact (in a good way) leading up to our event. We were initially worried about serving over 100 people in a short period of time, but Savili and her team had the food flying out of the truck! The line never got too long, and people raved about the food. Tacos California knows how to make simply delicious food and serve it quickly without compromising on quality.
