we went in to get their sesame balls which are amazing but was really disappointed at the fact they gave us old cold ones that have been sitting out. And lied to our face about it. We ordered 15 because we were once told they make 15 in a batch at a time and we were buying some to deliver to some family. There were some sitting out and they ended up putting those in our order which we kindly asked to have fresh ones made but they ended up just putting the old ones on the bottom box of our order and gave use the rest that were fresh on top. This pho is the bomb!! Broth so tasty, I didn’t even wanna put hoisin or sriracha in! Haha. I’m Vietnamese so I know a thing or 2 about pho.. and this place surpasses my expectations. I had the special combo pho to try all the meat, and everything was good but the tendon was the best part. Even my OG super viet parents approved! Haha. We chatted with the owner a bit after and he said they cook the broth for 18 hours with real bones. I believe it cuz the broth speaks for itself.
