Unfortunately, this visit was a "major fail." Ordered the "special combo deal" that was being heavily promoted on the Taco Bell App (called the "Triple Threat," it was supposed to consist of 3 Flamin' Hot Cool Ranch Doritos Tacos Locos & a large fountain drink) but--upon arrival--was notified that this location no longer served the Flamin Hot Tacos (a limited time special that is/was apparently still available at some locations--and still being very prominently promoted upon opening their app--just not at THIS location.) Next was informed that their Freeze Machine was not working, so I couldn't get the beverage I'd ordered (I'd "upgraded" my large fountain drink to a Freeze) either. Naturally, I ended up just cancelling the entire order, since they literally had NOTHING I'd ordered or even wanted. If nothing else, this experience has exposed one of the disadvantages--or "downsides"--to using the convenient Taco Bell app: since you pay for your order electronically before arriving at the store, they claim they are unable to issue any refunds--partial or otherwise--directly from the store. Instead, you're left to try & navigate the "less than user friendly" options for anything like obtaining a refund. There is no clear instruction provided anywhere on the app (under FAQs or "contact us" or anywhere else) for requesting, processing or receiving a refund from the app. Needless to say, this is a big customer service FAIL, as I've heard nothing in response to the info/inquiry I officially submitted, so must now attempt to figure out if it's possible by actually calling them on the telephone next week. I can already tell this is going to be a much bigger challenge (pain-in-the-a**, actually!) than it should be. Just how much...
Read morePlaced a large order for my family of six last night. From the moment I came into this taco bell, I was treated rudely. I told the girl at the front counter I had an online order and she proceeded to roll her eyes. I then went to the car and checked the food. Ofc they missed stuff so I had my sister go back in so i wouldn't have to deal with this girls attitude. She rolled her eyes once again(I guess being asked to do her job is too much) and when management was involved he just sat there staring. We called back today to complain about the girl who was rude for no reason and it was the same manager from last night. His fix for the situation was to "tell my sister what happened on both sides" basically saying she was at fault because she got an attitude with the girl who was being blatantly rude for no reason. Then he offered a 20 dollar gift card and told us to just notify any taco bell and they'll give us food. It's honestly not even about the food. It's the fact that I paid 60 dollars for some food and expect to at least be treated like a human being and not some annoying fly in your face. Had the girl apologized it'd be different but instead when she was called out for rolling her eyes and being rude she doubled down. I hope this business loses all their customers and I'll be sure to tell my friends to go to the taco bell just around the corner cause it's not worth the headache trying to go...
Read moreWalked in, mid-afternoon, and only a few patrons were eating. The female employee was using the fountain machine as an ice bucket and said someone will be with me shortly. Shortly ended, and she finished filling the bucket and walked around to the counter saying the cashier is cleaning the restrooms. He then popped out, and she walked away. He was great, not just Lacey Customer Service great, but delivered great customer service. Standing about two feet from the counter the ‘Delivery’ employee popped around the corner shouting my name with my food. I asked for some fire sauce, as the salsa bar, using that phrase very lightly, was empty. He asked if I checked the bar and told him it was empty. He then begins to fumble below the counter for a seemingly odd amount of time and lifts a giant box onto the counter and walks away. I had now spent way too long inside Taco Bell and proceeded to remove the tape and helped myself to 5-7 fire sauces for my $15 worth of taco bell. The ice bucket employee was still meandering around and said, “He is going to get a box knife, it’s easier for us.” She said, my waiting around, is...
