Famous Footwear — Local services in Lacey

Please get new management for this place! I went here multiple times this last month and the service was NOT pleasant by any means. The first time I went there, it was around 5:30 on a Sunday... I was there to purchase some shoes, but the young employees kept rushing me and telling me to leave cause the store was closing. I went there again a couple days later as I was not able to find what I was looking for the first time (because I was rushed) and the employees were very young and kept chatting with each other and trying on shoes during their shift. I went again to pick up an item I had ordered online, but it was closed 30 minutes before the stated closed time! This was not the first time this has happened! Also the displays were disorganized and sparce and didn't have good inventory. Also some of the shoes did not look very new. Please get some good management for this store! It is ruining Famous Footwear's name. As a side note, they claim to have fast 1 hour curbside pickup, yet they did not have my oder ready. Be careful of going to this store...

It's got a sweet selection. Though selection is limited but they are pretty good about regular rotation, if don't like what ya see come back in a week or two. So can visit regularly and generally see something new. Also have a "clearance" rack but it's pretty hit or miss on selection and prices. It's a keep checking till they got what ya looking for place, but always have cool, good stuff. Just depends if ya want to pay the price and/or it's what ya looking for at that time..pics coming soon, going by...

Straight up watched a guy walk out with an armload of shoes and take off, the girls working just acted like it was a regular thing… maybe they should try what the shoe store in the mall did. Take all the left shoes and put them in the back, so if they get jacked they don't get a full set. Have the staff go grab from the back and actually assist with the shoe purchase. Or maybe hire a security person to be at the door? Just a thought. I don’t even want to shop there anymore it’s...
