I want to give an incredible huge shout out to this entire team. The manager Scott was incredibly helpful. He was so kind. He helped me figure out ways to make my order more cost efficient. Hanna, the cashier who helped us. The first time was incredibly kind. She was knowledgeable. She knew what needed to be done around the restaurant as well as how to treat an employee and customers. Sarah, another cashier there made us feel like we were at home as soon as we walked in. My children who are both very shy, felt so comfortable with the employees and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was such a beautiful thing to see how the employees interacted with my children and myself, and they made us feel like we were royalty. We were treated so incredibly well at this Burger King. We decided to give it a second shot and go back again the next day because we were visiting in the area and again the second time we went in, we were immediately greeted and made to feel like we were a long time, friends and family of all of the employees in this Burger King. This is the kind of environment and respect and loyalty that Restaurants should give to their customers. My oldest wished that this Burger King was by our house because it was such a positive experience both times. And honestly, I do too. I have never had a better experience at any Burger King across the entire country. This statement alone should be enough to give this store five stars, but I won’t stop there. In addition to having the best customer service I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant, I have never in my life had a better burger than at this burger, King. My daughter and my son both had chicken fingers and they were so fresh. They felt like they were so full of life and were so juicy and perfect. They didn’t feel like they were double dropped. They didn’t feel like they had been sitting. They didn’t feel like they were bottom of the bag. They felt fresh they tasted fresh they were juicy they were bold. They were delicious. This is the standard that I expect all Burger King’s to be unfortunately, I know that I will never get this type of positivity and service at any other Burger King restaurant or any fast food restaurant I’m sure but if you’re looking for a place where you can just walk in and have amazingly hot fresh fantastic food And a positive uplifting environment while you’re enjoying a quick meal this is where you want to go. I believe the cooks name was Darrell, I know I’m not spelling that right but the food was absolutely perfect. This man deserves such good credit for making this food at such a high quality. The manager deserves credit for leading such an amazing team to work well as a well oiled machine. Both of the cashiers deserve credit because they are so incredibly friendly and they did their job with a smile on their face politely And really made a difference. It’s crazy to say that a fast food restaurant was a big part of our family vacation but the way that we were treated there we felt like we were with family. I cannot stress enough how incredibly amazing this crew is in its entirety. I don’t know who needs to see this, but if you are reading it and have made it this far, please know that this is the best darn Burger King. I’ve ever been to please give this store some credit.

This incident took place on Saturday December 2, 2016.
The two employees in the kitchen appeared to stop working while myself and others were waiting for food.
There was a minimum of four vehicles in the Drive-Thru that were apparently parked and waiting on there food the entire time I was there (approximately 20 minutes).
Before the employees stopped working they got some food out to one of the parked vehicles and it was immediately brought back by the customer. When I asked the lady working up front, which I believed was a shift manager, if the employees quit working, she nonchalantly replied, "It feels like it".
After it was apparent that no food was coming, I asked for a refund and notified her I would eat elsewhere (Wendy's just down the street, excellent experience there).
I asked the lady who might of been the shift manager if there was a manager to speak to? Her response was there was no manager there right then. That was surely the most accurate statement I had heard all night. She also replied that there was a store manager however don't call her but call Ashley the district manager as she pointed to a generic printout taped to the counter. I'll attach a photo for reference.
As a side note, this was a Saturday evening around 7pm and there were zero guests eating in the dining room. This may be partly due to the poor customer service but may also have to due with the fact that the temperature in the dining room was extremely cold. It was warmer outside (approximately 63 degree at that time).
In contrast, the Wendy's down the street had a dining room that I would describe to be around 80% full. I would have to speculate the other potential customers already discovered the poor customer service at this Burger King location .
Lastly, the other Burger King location in the Villages CR466, appears to be under the same poor management.
I don't want anything for free, I just want the issues fixed. But, as of right now I certainly don't have any near future plans to return to either of these Burger...
