McDonald's — Restaurant in Lady Lake

I went through the drive-through today around dinner time to order my child some food. And I have to say the service was quick. The staff was very professional. When I got to the window to pay for my food the young woman greeted me with a smile, read my order back, and she let the person who was on the sandwiches know that I didn't want salt on my burger. So when I proceeded to the second window to get my food, they greeted me with a smile as well; but it was a particular young lady who came with a ponytail in the side of her hair shaved off (just for description ). She was excellent. She verified to make sure thats what I requested. And she had no problem with making sure that my order was correct. Not to mention, I informed her that it was for a child. She assured me that it will be made correctly and it won't have any salt on it which I highly appreciated. She was very professional. Thanks for the wonderful service that both ladies and the staff gave me today. Thank you for not catching an attitude because I wanted a special order made. I would highly recommend this McDonald's as a first choice. Especially if you were looking for professional, respectful service from great staff who don't mind doing what is asked of them from the customers. They surely put a customer first tonight with no hesitation, and I highly appreciate it. Thank you and keep up...

This is always very good late night because they make everything to order and it's always hot and fresh. I have stopped here in the afternoon and it is not as good as late night . I have gotten to know the night manager and he is a nice guy but seems a bit set in his ways and I truly believe that is the reason its better at night, it is the night manager who has his own way of doing it right and he is very much appreciated by me. If I was the owner of this McDonald's I would have this manager training all of my other managers and staff members. This is how I feel about this location. The bottom line is I only stop in this location late night because the last thing I want from McDonald's is a hamburger or a quarter pounder my personal favorite that's sitting around and not freshly prepared for me. The last time I stopped in at 630pm I ordered the two for three dollar Mc cheese burger's and it was not fresh and hot and I throw them away but I never had a poor experience at night for the last two years from this location because the night manager is a good manager and cares about the company and the customer satisfaction and fast...

Dine in is open from 7an until 2 pm. The biscuits and gravy are back and worth trying but I can tell canned gravy when I am served it. Not bad but not the greatest. I did have one concern with the older gentleman working in the dining room. I understand he may be differently abled, but he came across as just plain rude. I did not want him to take our trash and throw it away and he lowered his mask letting me know that he can't hear and I was just trying to be polite and tell him we didn't need anything but he started shrugging his shoulders and putting his hands out like what's up? I don't need this kind of interaction when I'm trying to have a meal. He was doing a great job of keeping the dining room clean but as he moved the metal chairs out from under the table to sweep, he was dragging them back and forth which made a really loud noise. He also did this on the condiment counter a couple of times which is also distracting. I understand he may have a hearing problem but management should inform him that the guest experience is being affected by the sounds...
