I placed an order, as usual, through DoorDash. The app showed that the store accepted the order and began working upon it. about 20 minutes later I got a call from the driver who is attempting to pick up my food, and they informed me that Jason’s deli didn’t receive the order so I politely called Jasons deli from another line so that the driver could hear the conversation, as I proceeded to inquire about the order, the Jasons deli agent informed me to contact DoorDash which is not my position as a customer. If they have a contract agreement with DoorDash, and the equipment is included in the contract, they should be reaching out to DoorDash if it’s not working properly because that’s money that they are potentially missing out upon. I then inquired why there is always an issue with Jason’s deli; for instance, why is it that you guys offer potatoes but they aren’t readily available? Then I asked the Jason’s Deli lady if this was a racial issue because of the simple fact my name shows up on the order and you can clearly tell that I’m not a Caucasian person. She became offended instead of seeking to repair the device which displays the orders. I’m upset because instead of Jason’s Deli saying we are aware of the issue and are making efforts to rectify this issue, they acted as though the placed order had nothing to do with them although they are receiving my money for their food through a third party that they agreed to work with. Read moreSo I usually LOVE this place and location. For that I would give it a higher rating. But this location must have someone new cooking the chicken and it needs to be addressed ASAP. The experience I had yesterday made me have to lower it. I ordered the ranchero wrap to go, which I've gotten and loved many times before. Usually the chicken is nice and tender, not hard to bite through as it should be. However my wrap yesterday was a totally different experience. I bit into it and from the first bite, the chicken texture was HARD and rubbery and tasted so gross. I was disgusted and spit it out. I thought maybe it was just a bad piece I got. I continued to try to eat because I was hungry and I also just paid 12 dollars for this small gross wrap. Each bite of chicken was absolutely disgusting. I ate a little more before tossing it. The chicken must have overcooked or reheated, as it was tough and rubbery. It was also not even cut properly and instead in very large chunks which made it even grosser. Im not surprised they couldn't cut it properly given how hard the texture was. I was VERY put off by the experience. I know it can happen anywhere and like I said, I usually love this place but that might be the grossest wrap I've ever had anywhere. Read moreThis location is consistently getting worse. Used to order frequently but that has diminished over the last while as they can't seem to get to go orders correct. The food is very inconsistent. Decided to give them a try again & again they did not get the order correct despite in being ordered online. The ticket was correct but the food was not. Aggravating to say the least to order online-drive the 20 minutes & get home only to find order is wrong. Calling them to correct it was a hassle & got put on hold several times. Arriving at the location, the manager, Miya wanted to argue that the sandwich brought back was correct. In having her read the ticket a few times, she finally got it--the sandwich she was looking at was not what was on the ticket. The soup that was left at home was now cold & brought to her attention--no mention of getting a fresh hot soup to go with the now correct sandwich order--no refund --nothing. I am done with...
