Food was great! We ate lunch in the restaurant. The staff was busy, yet they all worked together seamlessly. I noticed 1 person most. Her name is Izzy(or Izzi). She was very friendly, helpful & personable. She found a way to connect personally with each customer & was full of smiles. Before I left, I pulled her aside to let her know I was very impressed with her excellent customer service skills. At a very busy time, lunchtime, on a weekday, you need to know she handled everyone, customers & staff, with respect & a smile. Jersey Mike’s is generally good but this location is never consistent with the amount of meat they give you. My boyfriend and I have been to this location several times and one time they’ll be generous with the amount of meat, next time we come, they’ll be really skimpy on the meat! We’ll come again and get a somewhat generous amount and then when we come again, it’s skimpier than the last skimpy time!!! This place is not consistent!!! I just want to start by saying that I absolutely adore Jersey Mike's and will not eat subs anywhere else. That being said I went in recently to get myself a number 26. I went into the restaurant at about 7:30 but the staff member named Cedric was very very rude to me. This person claims to be a manager of this location but I could not find any evidence of his title while I was there. This person was yelling at children in the store as I was walking in.
