Tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at this McDonald’s! At 12:30 a.m. I called McDonald’s and told them my boyfriend had just come through the line and they’d forgotten my kids 2 spicy mcchicken sandwiches. The woman on the phone put me on hold then came back and said okay well next time you come through tell them (unheard name) sent you! Now I just stated these were for my kids SO I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED TO THE MCDONALDS! When I got to the mcdonalds I added 1 spicy mcchicken sandwich ($1.59) 2 4 piece chicken nuggets ( 1 dollar each which would be $2.14 after tax) & A value fry ($1.19). When I get to the window the cashier says my total is $9 And some change?? I ask $9??? She walks away, comes back & This is when the fun begins! With much attitude and disrespect she goes “yes, it’s 9 dollars & whatever change) I’m asking for FOUR Items? Repeating back the items she walks off on me mid sentence. She’s so angry she’s huffing, puffing, pulling her hair, YOU NAME IT! So at this point their is a lady at the counter, I say “excuse me ma’am in the blue shirt are you a manager?” She says yes and begins to walk to drive through window. She ask what I have, at this time I am a little frustrated I tell her the same thing I’ve told her I had 3 times in a row. She then begins to give me attitude about how it’s because it’s 3 mcchickens rang in. That doesn’t make sense though because even an additional $1.79 added to above total would NOT Equal 9 anything. Now I know to them I appear as some mad black woman or whatever white people think of us but I am still VERY VERY INTELLIGENT! So I am trying to ask ,her she’s all angry ,I’m frustrated. I did tell her I see why her employees thinks it’s okay to be rude look how she act. She slams window. She bring me back my change and receipt I snatched my receipt SHE Then decides to refuse me service. Okay fine this isn’t the only McDonald’s in Lafayette! My problem began when KAYLA Refused to give her name & refused to refund me my $3.21 for the ORIGINAL SPICY MCCHICKEN SANDWICHES T H E Y FORGOT THE FIRST TIME!!!!! I only know KAYLAS Name because of past customers and employees she’s offended racially and just plain disrespect! KAYLA then calls 911(Which I suggested) & in the mist of her call states I (a black woman) scratched her! An EMPLOYEE Whom I’ve never seen a day before in my life came to the window to inform me of the false police report. I never touched Kayla. Even when I snatched the receipt I know my nails didn’t “scratch” princess Kayla. If I can I will upload a picture of my nails so you all can see they can’t scratch. The employee even said there is no way you scratched her with those nails! She begins saying she wasn’t going to refund me because I didn’t have original receipt BUT, she was just about to replace the sandwiches that SHE knows they forgot. I was so angry at this point it never even dawned on me THEY NEVER GAVE US A RECEIPT! After a Certain hour some McDonald’s does manual order talking. This is one. When they do they THEY DONT GIVE YOU A RECEIPT!!!!! I only received a recipe this time because of all the complications! I only received a receipt this time because they were sooooo busy trying to prove my order was $9 when in fact it WASNT! I am not a McDonald’s employee nor manager and I know that but the MANAGER ON DUTY WHO SHOULD KNOW THIS DOESNT!????? I will be contacting WLFI. I WILL Be contacting NAACP. If you hate your job that much QUIT. If you’re that miserable QUIT. Then she wanted us to repeat it again and telling us the code won't go through well yea duh your employee messed it up already. So KRISTEN THE MANAGER GETS MAD AT US FOR BEING FRUSTRATED REPEATING OUR ORDER LOUDLY COMPLAINING ABOUT ALL THE CARS THAT HAVE PASSED US ON THE OTHER SIDE.
SHE FLAT OUT SAID IF WE DONT LOOSE THE ATTITUDE WHICH IT WAS THERE FAULT WE WAS ON A TEN IN THE FIRST PLACE.WE CANT HAVE OUR FOOD. SO I DROVE OFF CAUSE WHO ARE YOU TO ACT LIKE A PARENT WE ARE GROWN ADULTS TRYING TO ORDE FOOD. SHE SHOULD OF BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT CORRECTING OUR ATTITUDE. ALSO WHEN I CALLED UP THERE AFTER I LEFT TO GET HER NAME IN CORPORATE NUMBER OR MANAGEMENT NUMBER SHE LIED AND SAID THAT SHE WAS THE GENERAL MANAGER AND THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE I COULD DO SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY NUMBERS NAMES OR ANYTHING FOR SOMEONE ABOVE HER. SO WE WENT TO THE OTHER LOCATION GOT OUR FOOD AND SPOKE TO MANAGEMENT THERE AND WAS ABLE TO GET THE GM NUMBER FOR SHANNON.
THIS LADY HAS BEEN AN ISSUE BEFORE. SHE GIVES DIRTY LOOKS AT 7AM SHE DOESNT SAY TY OR GM. SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE BUT THREATENING TO TAKE AWAY MY FOOD IF I DONT LOOSE MINE. SMH
