I just tried to get an Italian bmt with a turkey substitute and the manager said that could not be done, when I tried to explain that, as a past employee of subway, I know that you are able to make substitutions. He said "Yeah, maybe centuries ago, but not now." I stopped ordering my sandwich, told them to have a nice day, and walked out. The manager is young and loves to power trip. I recommend you go to any subway other than this one or the one down the road from it by Albertsons. They’re both owned by the same people and they’re dishonest and misleading.

ps: unrelated to the review, they will also inconvenience you by not opting out of the online deals, instead they will ghost cancel the order with no notification to you other than an email. This restaurant will deny any order you place if it has ANY sort of BOGO coupon on it. The app will let you place the order, charge your card, and then they will cancel it if there is a coupon on it.
