As of February 2024 this restaurant is requiring credit card information up front to place to go orders. We have ordered to go tons of times here and never been asked this, nor has any other restaurant asked of this. I will have to pass on giving my card information over the phone to take your food to go.

This time itâs staying at 2 star. On this last visit we had numerous issues.
1st, the fries have changed and you arenât told until after you order. The fries were some of the best around and are now average waffle fries.
2nd, my burger was made incorrectly. No big deal, but Iâm in a rush, so I ask them to make it to go so I can eat on the way back to work. WHAT A MISTAKE! They literally took the same burger smothered with incorrect stuff, wiped it off, threw it on the grille (expensive billionaire bacon included) and burnt it to crisp. The bacon was black, the patty was hard like a rock. Iâm not sure what kind of restaurant sees it acceptable to recook food, but itâs not. This was one of the worst visits to any restaurants I have had in some time, and itâs unfortunate it happened here because we are (were) regulars. At this point I honestly do not think we will be back.

We come here usually twice a week. We like the staff and we like the food. Neither of those 2 are the issue. The issue is obviously within management and suppliers.
Yesterday was the 4th or 5th time that we have come over the past 1 or 2 months and they are completely out of drinks or something normal. This time there was actually a sign on the door so we didnât have to waste anyones time sitting us down, we just walked away. At other times they have been out of ice and straws.
I understand that supply is harder to come by right now, but management is obviously not staying on top of stock and machinery and is allowing them to run out/break before being attended to. There are way too many people in here daily for these things to not be kept up with, this is not a small mom and pop operation.
We looked past it for a few visits, but at this point we will stay out until the issue is fixed. The least that management could do is match the prices of the replacement drinks that cost more temporarily while we are forced to buy them.
I do actually have one small complaint about the food, and it is that the amount of fries you get as a side with a main course seems to be cut down by 1/4 or so. They used to load us up on fries, not so much anymore.
As stated above, we love this place, we love the staff. We want to keep this as our main lunch spot. But somethings gotta change with the supply situation. I donât know too many people that want to eat lunch on a hot day without a good drink.
We will continue to come with hopes everything is sorted, but if that sign is on the door or one of our regular items is not available and there is no discount and/or compensation for those items, we are going to...
   Read moreMy fiancÊe and I were trying to order things online for pick up... and unfortunately, the double nachos weren't available... so we called the restaurant and yes, they researched and found that they don't do certain appetizers online... but they were kind enough to prepare the appetizer anyway and we'd have to pay separately....
We get there and still had to wait for our order... when we spoke to the female on the phone about the specifics on the double nachos, we asked for no pico and no cilantro.... plus she said we wouldn't have to wait when getting there...we checked briefly on the nachos and it seemed right, but, when we got home, there were NO beans and such a small amount of cheese that my fiancee had to heat up Velveeta cheese to compensate for the limited amount of cheese.... but again, where were the beans?
We also ordered naked wings online and asked for them to be well done....and no well done...and the blue cheese dressing was completely watered down...
It was a waste of money and time...and the 1 star is only because they prepared the nachos when it wasn't available for a pick up order... which is preposterous...

One issue which needs to be focused on before I will return. The screens during football season. The problem always occurs between the morning and afternoon games. The manager (or person handling the screens) is not at all on top of this.
When the morning games end she is not proactively setting up the next games. This is especially apparent when the Saints play in the morning and the Saints fans leave.
I get it that the Saints are the hometown team but the other games do matterâŚ.even to the Saints. When itâs nearly 7 minutes into the next games and the screens are still showing a DirectTV imageâŚit doesnât present a good look for a SPORTS BAR.
The focus of this bar is that of a sports bar. This is what they are supposed to be good at. The final week of the season and people canât see games is a bit frustrating.
Closed out my tab (well before I intended on leaving). This is at least the 3rd time, this season, this has happened. No intention of visiting again during football season until I hear from others that it has...
