This restaurant needs to be reviewed by the corporate office and get rid of some people and retrain their employees I felt so disrespected coming into the restaurant few minutes ago 7pm The girl in the front that took my order her name is Estefany it really seems like she doesn't like her job and if she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be working there just like as the manager working at the time that took no action when that female made a comment about my food if I want fresh food I should go somewhere else and her and The other employee in the drive-thru was laughing I don't think it's so funny to give someone raw meat I asked politely after she took my order to go to the manager or go to the cook and make sure they cook my food fresh and fully cooked I don't care how long I have to wait I'll wait I just want my food cooked fully no blood or red I understand prices are going up and restaurants and I don't complain about the prices I just want to make sure I get the right food and make sure it's cooked fully because I don't want to get sick from it especially when it's raw It's just a disrespect that the employees at the time was giving customers maybe this was happening because the manager wasn't doing her job and watching over the workers it's sad to be honest this is the second time it happens I come here because I live in town and it's nearby by I don't think I can come back to this location maybe in the future if they replace their employees and put employees that really want to work there and happy to talk to customers I think for now I would have to go eat at five guys in town because the restaurant knows what's good...
Read moreWorst experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever, and it comes down to one word: Enrique. We spent $60 on a family drive-thru order and had numerous items either wrong or missing. Mistakes happen, I get that. It was when I went back to get things corrected (missing our family dinner) that everything went downhill. Enrique, who insists he is the highest-ranking manager at this store and has no boss but corporate, was rude, dismissive, insulting, and took our bad situation and made it ten times worse. It ended with him saying, "I don't care if you're a customer and I don't care how much you spent, I don't have to listen to your complaints," and he took off. After he stormed away, other employees apologized to me for his behavior, though one mentioned that he is "always like that." I feel terribly for all of the other polite, considerate employees who have to work for a manager like that. I spoke with corporate and am awaiting a call from the district manager to discuss Enrique's behavior. I hope their cameras record audio so that they can hear exactly what I said and how he responded to me. I caught the last bit on my phone and may upload it to YouTube. I have never been so mistreated at a restaurant in my life. I will not eat at any Wendy's again as long as this terribly rude man works for...
Read moreTo some degree eating from a Wendy's drive thru is not something I would review but it's becoming more rare to have what I would describe as a good experience.
Not this trip. My order was taken efficiently by the server who was ready with all of the correct questions about sizes and flavors and my order was updated instantly with my requests. The interaction was pleasant and unimpeded by faulty equipment or command of English. The total was quickly calculated and instructions about where I would be paying and picking up food was correctly given politely but without the rote response of "my pleasure". I was working instead with someone who genuinely was competent at their job.
Paying was quick and the food arrived immediately. Now, the reason I took the time to write a review: the order was impeccably correctly filled and the server was friendly. It's becoming the unicorn of fast food. It's rare to leave the restaurant with the order fulfilled correctly as ordered but when more rare is eye contact and a smile from the server. Both were present at my trip to Wendy's this night.
On a side note, the food tasted great but this visit started its excellence by the good work of the server I interacted with. Great job showing me you appreciate...
