The small Pizza place and only delivery place, has held their own through many chalanges. Sometimes the food has come overcooked and or not the correct order. Most times if you brought it to their attention they would refund or some would correct the mistake even if it meant staying after their shift. I like this about the people that work their lots of different people but most still doing what is the best in difficult situations. I want to talk about tonights dinner. The coupons are my most difficult part because since its just my husband and I if we order to much we eat to much. So we stick to a budget, means no longer ordering when we shouldn't. The coupon specials was a great one and not to be missed. Build your own large pizza with any topping and some bread bites and a large soda. The driver who bought us the pizza ensured everything was correct and she was very quick about getting it to us. When I opened the box I wasn't sure what to expect . Most time we stick with medium pepporoni pizza a budget item for us. The pizza was fantastic. I will have to do this again. I asked for nearly every meat and vegitable. I asked for mozzerella cheese on top. The crust was tasty the sauce just write and the pizza was loaded down made the first bite so delectable that I had to have a second. My husband loves pizza and its why we get a medium he eats pizza and I eat pasta. THe Lago Vista Dominoes blue it out of the water . Our delivery driver was prompt and delivered the pizza while it was hot . I don't get to have a treat very often and when I spend money It must be worth It. This not only was a steal of a deal but it was so good that I would have paid full price but instead I saved 14.00 on tonight's meal with the coupon. I kept the meal under 25 and that was with delivery fee. I love to to see the smile on the drivers when we tip them. I wish our driver could have seen smile on my face when I took that first bite. I want to thank you for your effort and making my...
Read moreCalled in to Dominos. Spoke to a girl who took my order. Large pepperoni, she asked if I wanted hand tossed or not, I said yes. I requested cheesy bread and the cookie brownie thing. She stated that would be something like $36.00 and a 20-30 minute wait. No big deal. Asked if I can pay over the phone or pay at carry out. Carry out the lady responded. I arrive at the appointed time, see my name up on the dominos tracker tv with a green check saying “Ready.” Girl, I presume the same one, asks if she can help. I point to my name stating I’m here for pickup for Cody. She taps the screen, looks at the tv, taps some more then with a confused face says she can’t find my order. She proceeds to wander about checking receipts then tells me that it’ll be another 10-20 minutes. I’m assuming they’ve forgotten my order. Again no big deal. Here’s their chance to make it right. I sit down and wait. And wait. And wait some more. People coming in grabbing their orders, delivery drivers making their rounds. A regular walks in and everyone hoops and hollers for that guy. High fives all around cause so and so showed up. Nobody acknowledges me. Some of the guys working begin making side glances as I continue to wait. After 45 minutes I stand up. Ask the same girl how much longer. She says she’ll check up on it. Asks the dude directly behind her and he says he never got an order from me. To which now I’m frustrated. I state how is it that my name is on y’all’s tv stating that my order is ready yet nobody can find my info. The girl asks me to reorder for the 3rd time, but I decline and walk out. I understand worker shortages, chaos in the moment, and mistakes happen. However, there is absolutely no reason why something like this should happen. All those people saw me waiting. Side glances was all I received and no one took action for their failure. So glad that I didn’t pre-pay because who knows how long that would’ve taken. Very disappointed in the...
Read moreMy pizzas were delicious & delivered amazingly fast & without any apparent difficulty in finding my location - which does regularly happen.. My Delivery Driver was absolutely Super! However, I discovered something very unexpected & disheartening. How many others of us customers out there realize that the 'Delivery Charge' on our billing ticket DOES NOT go - EITHER IN PART OR IN WHOLE - to the Delivery Driver..??. I did not!!.. I am dumbfounded - flabbergast - befuddled!!! How is this a reasonable thing?? Deliveries are costing the Drivers gas & auto Wear n Tear ...& I don't know - do they even get minimum wage?? These are reasons why I am having a prob with a 100% positive recommendation' portion of this feedback... Is a delivery charge something new? ...or unique to Austin area? I moved here from Houston area & I don't recall having a 'Delivery Charge added to my invoice...granted, we lived more metropolitan area...but that is even more reason for these added charges to actually go to the driver - in addition to their tip - which is probably irregular on average, Please reconsider this policy...I feel it is outrageous that a Dellivery Charge would be going to the owner rather than the actual...
