I called to place a to-go order was on hold for almost 10 minutes and when I walked in the restaurant still on hold 3 ladies were sitting behind the register playing on there phones laughing and talking while sitting down, When I politely said someone left me on hold the girl goes oh shoot and says next time that happens probably hang the phone up and call back cause we get busy and forget, Only 3 tables had people. They weren’t busy on Thursday at 12/12:30. They were busy playing on phones and girl talk, And when I politely said I get getting busy but yall aren’t busy just busy on your phones the girl got a little rude and shocker they went back to playing on phones and talking amongst themselves.. I didn’t even get a genuine apology! Like you simply forgot you put me on hold bottom line, Just say sorry and try better...

So, out of the 4 Bull's that I know of, this one ranks 3rd in quality. Objectively in terms of service it's OK. Though the name of these restaurants is what it is, sushi items and poke bowls comprise most of the menu. That's what I'm rating. The hibachi stuff you can make at your house that tastes just as good. (The hardest part would be finding fresh shrimp) the sushi quality is inconsistent. And the one time I was going to get a poke bowl, "the person who makes the [wasn't there]," which is absurd. I was able to sushi, and, well, if you can make sushi, their style of poke bowl is child's play. This all put together suggests management issues. Tighten up. The aggregated rating is not deserved. But hey, this is a small college town. (That said, the Bull's in West...

The miso soup was perfectly seasoned, light, and a refreshing appetite stimulant. The calamari was tasty but slightly over. Despite that, I still ate all the rings... The avocado salad was fresh with perfectly ripened avocado slices served with the best ginger and carrot dressing I've ever had. The hibachi chicken bento box was definitely munchable. The chicken was a tasty and tender stir-fry, served with two veggie spring rolls, accompanied with a 4-piece California roll, with a serving of fried rice. Kayla did an incredible job catering to all of her customers/tables. Thanks Kayla, you rock! Let's work on cooling the place down a bit by my next visit. Thx for some delicious Japanese cuisine. Just left this place 10 minutes ago. The service was good and the time it took to receive our food was good. The food was subpar though. One member of my party had the miso soup and triple hibachi. He just finished throwing it all up in a bag when we got in the car. I had the spring rolls which were good, my pickled ginger was dry like it wasn't fresh. Another member of my party ordered the triple hibachi and she requested her steak to be medium well and received it well done instead. This was not the best place to get hibachi. Something about the food isnt fresh.

Bull’s Hibachi Express in LaGrange really hits the spot! I ordered the hibachi fried rice with vegetables, chicken, and shrimp, and everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken was tender, the shrimp had great flavor, and the veggies still had that fresh crunch. Even the soup they brought out at the start was surprisingly flavorful—it set the bar high, and the rest of the meal followed through. If you’re in the area and craving hibachi-style flavor without the full grill show, this spot is absolutely worth a visit.
