Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in LaGrange

I can’t say this about all Zaxby’s, but this one located at 129 Commerce Ave. in Lagrange Ga. by far has the worst customer service I ever had at any restaurant in my I tire life. This is what happened. Sunday August 15th I went and ordered a fried Zaxby Salad, a 5 piece traditional hot wing meal and 2 large sweet teas. Extra ranch dressing for the salad and a ranch dressing for the 5 piece meal in place of Zac sauce. I repeated the sauce twice and cashier in drive through repeated it back to me. When I got my order at the drive through everything seamed good. Got home and not one sauce was in my order. Not a one. I called Zaxby’s and ask to speak to manager. I told them I didn’t get a sauce and was very upset about it because this was no less than the 15th time they have messed up my order. The person I talked to said she was the manager and apologized, took my name and phone number. She said sir next time you come in give the cashier your name and they would give me a free meal for my troubles. So I said ok and was happy with that. Today on 8/17/23 I went to same Zaxby location and ordered 2 Zaxby meals and 2 large sweet teas. The cashier said they are Out of tea and i need to choose another drink. So I did but really didn’t want a soda product. I got to the window and told the cashier what I was told by the manger. She left for a few minutes and came back and said she didn’t see my name on anything. I got very up. I paid for my order and remembered I still have the receipt from Sunday. So I went in and got the manger showed her the receipt and had a long heated conversation with her. I told her get in touch with the manger that was on duty Sunday evening. She did not but after about 15 minutes she came out and gave me a refund on my order from Sunday. While I was waiting on this manger I looked at the drink dispensing area and noticed 2 tanks that said sweet tea on it. I looked inside a they where full and other customers in the restaurant had tea. That sent me into a state of shock. They had just lied to me and several other drive through customers saying they are out of tea. I am a big fan of Zaxby chicken but the service at this store is so terrible, I would recommend going to another location. If you find yourself having to go to this location, never ever ever pull out of the drive through without checking everything you ordered. I mean everything. As for my family and friend I will share with them my experiences there and will be posting this message on face book, tweeter, LinkedIn and anywhere else I can inform the public about this place. The manger that I talked to on the 17th was rude about trying to even solve my problem. She finally did after I had to raise my voice and asked for the owners name or whoever is in charge of her. My boyfriend stopped on his way home from work and picked us up 2 Cobb salads. We treat ourselves to them every 6-8 weeks, occasionally more often. We always request extra French fried onions. The salads we got were so pitiful. The $4.50 (?) salads that you can get at Walmart look better than the salads we wound up with. I can assure you. If it would allow I would upload a picture to show you the difference between what's advertised, and what y'all handed out the drive thru window. Just to give you a point of reference, when I picked up my Texas toast, there was Ø lettuce under it. Like there was very little lettuce and not even the typical amount of French fried onions, let alone the extra we asked for. I did call management who said that we could bring them back in and she'd fix them, he was unfortunately already eating his and not really in the mood to leave again, he had just got home from a long day at work. I would have to say that this Zaxby's location isn't one of the worst, but it's pretty bad. For one, every time I go inside this location, it is dirty and the bathroom never has any soap, or paper towels. Another thing, if you want quick service, do not go inside. No one is ever at the counter to get your order, and if by any chance someone actually is at the counter, they are extremely slow and conversate too much with the other employees in the back. This location is also never consistent with how they make their food. For example, if one week I order the wings and things insane flavor, the wings will be crispy and actually have spice to it, versus other days were I can order the same exact thing and get nasty, cold wings that have no spice to it. I also don't like the fact that you really don't get what you pay for so to speak, there is always a small portion of food with what you get, unlike other locations like the one on Lafayette Pwky where they are extremely consistent, and always give you what you pay for, the portions specifically. There is also rarely any ice in the machines, and everyone at that location just looks like they absolutely hate their job, which is why I think the customer...
