Krystal — Restaurant in LaGrange

Horrible. They should just shut this place down and let another business take it's place. I recently went and they are only doing drive-thru. I sat in the parking lot and watched as 4 employees were sitting in the dining room talking to each other, one of the female employees was even vaping in the dining room, and one of the other female employee got up and came outside to smoke a cigarette and talk on her phone. Seeing all of this completely ruined my appetite for Krystal, so I left and spent my money elsewhere. Now I can understand being short staffed and having to do drive-thru only because you are a constantly busy restaurant. But that isn't the case for Krystal because this place is never busy and seeing what I just saw it's no wonder why it's never busy and why there's never any cars at the drive-thru whenever I drive by this place. If you trust getting your food from lazy employees that just want to sit around and talk all day instead of work then this is the restaurant for you. As for me I won't be back to this location unless they can get some better management cause it's clear that whoever manages this location now doesn't care how the store operates or what their employees do. Like I said they should just shut this place down. Also Krystal corporate should send an undercover boss or secret...

Well pulled up and there was no one in the drive thru it inside. Thought it was closed lol. Got to drive thru to order and sat there for almost 15 mins waiting for someone to tell me to order. Finally after I started to pull off a young grill came in and said go ahead and order. While trying to order I heard a bunch of them laughing and joking around in the back ground that I had to tell her my order 2 or 3 times before she could hear it. Pulled up to the window to pay and sat there for 5 mins. Now nobody was still around but me. Finally paid and then they told me to pull forward and wait. I was like WTH I am the only.one here and I have to wait on what. So I pulled into a parking spot and sat there another 10 mins. Finally a young girl came out laughing and acting a fool bringing my food and then I told her I had 2 drinks withy.order that she forgot and she said let me go back in and check. So I just pulled off not saying a dang thing. We usually get pretty good service there but now there seems to be a bunch if damn clowns working there. Will not go back for a long time.. I don't not recommend goi g to the Krystal's in Lagrange next...

Use to live in lagrange prior to moving away to cali. Came back to visit family for a few days and decided to stop here to grab some food. We dont have krystal here in cali. So i said wth. Went through the drive thru to grab a bite and went to pay with my card. Paid and the two girls who were passing out food started handing me my food through the window. They kept staring back at me snickering and laughing etc. I didnt think anything of it just girls having fun at work so i was like whatever. Got my food and drove off and noticed my debit card had not been given back to me. It then clicked to me that these idiots were laughing because they noticed i didnt ask for my card back. I had totally forgot. I called up there and went back to retrieve my card. They tried to play it off like they just "forgot" b.s. Thieveing ass people here so watch out. Not all of them but some. I have never worked in fast food but i expect once u hand me a reciept u hand me a card. Could be mistaken though. Thats one of the reason I left lagrange because its a pos full of thieves and no good people. Not...
