Wahoo's Fish Taco — Restaurant in Laguna Beach

First of all, we love wahoo’s. I would just have to avoid this one here in Laguna on PCH at all cost First lady, taking the order cannot speak English so she messed up the order. Then, when the food came out, it was either undercooked or the fish. My wife had smelled horrible and the cheese on my kids quesadilla tasted like something in the government would hand out. We have been to many wahoo’s all over the state and in Colorado and the experience here was less than below average I would like to use the excuse that it’s Fourth of July, but with the two other tables around us complaining about their food I think this particular store and it’s management needs to revamp what they’re doing and somebody needs to come in and taste test the food. I have been visiting Wahoo's for over 30 years. It was one of the early - and the best, with superb quality - popular fish taco restaurant. The quality was universally excellent. The last few years, the quality has consistently diminished. Today was the most disappointing yet. We ordered fish tacos and a fish sandwich. The "fish" consisted literally of 80%batter with a smidgen of fish. There were areas of the fish patty that contained no fish at all. I am writing this review (I almost never write one and even more rarely a negative one) in the probably vain hope that someone at wahoo's will read it and strive for the previous high quality I became used to. Hello, I am sending this message in regards do to the taste and quality of your fish tacos. I grew up in southern California eating wahoos as a staple . Recently I moved back to the area and decided to go to wahoos today and get some tacos. I ordered some spicy tacos and after trying them it seemed to me the flavor has greatly changed . The tacos are now much sweeter and have an almost BBQ like flavor. I don't know what to say I would like your old savory tacos back. This new recipe is a complete turn off to wahoos aoffice now feel hesitant to come back and eat here. I hope this feedback can be of some help to you.
