Taco Bell — Restaurant in Laguna Niguel

We waited 20 mins before somebody came to take order from us. If I could , I would give you 0 stars ! My food was cold when I got it ,instead of a burrito supreme I got a bean burrito,instead of a soft taco I got a taco supreme, I got a Pepsi but instead they gave me doctor pepper ! And I tried $5 meal. But it was so tiny for kids or what? The person that was working drive through was mean gave me the incorrect sauce 3 times !When I went inside and tried to state my case , they acted like I was invisible. I asked for the manager , they brought me this short ,mexican lady , she didn’t even listen to me. Place was so dirty. Windows are grey. You can burley see thru it. I believe they never cleaned it after they open. Seats so uncomfortable. Not recommended!...

I consider this my favorite place for cost, quality, and ease altogether. The manager is nice and has been there a long time. The staff is well trained and friendly. Across the street people are sitting in their cars in one of those long, curvy lines for "In&Out" and nextdoor is the "McSalties" for fried burgers and fries. I can whip into Taco Bell get fresh food, fast and easy. The key person is the one on the mic and the managers train them well. The food is good and fresh with a large variety of choices. Since I'm not eating at home, the time spent is important, too. I recommend this Taco Bell in Laguna Niguel. I wish they had avocados and returned the...
